We have just completed the renovation of this farmhouse that belonged to our grandparents. It is located in a very quiet environment, surrounded by fields and meadows, just 4 km from the shore. We are close to Plouescat village (1,5km), that offers all food stores and other little shops. Your four-legged companions are welcome, as long as they are peacefull with our own pets The cottage is adjoining our house with access and private outdoor spaces.

Situé dans le bourg de Plovan, à 800 m de la mer, à proximité du GR 34. Volume agréable au calme. Grand lit de 160x200. Cuisine équipée. Entrée indépendante, espace extérieur privatif et terrasse couverte ensoleillée le matin. Pour les séjours longs, un lave linge peut être mis à votre disposition.

Studio de 18m² avec jardin de 50m² au calme. Cuisine équipé, lit en mezzanine 140x200, canapé, télévision, salle d'eau et rangements. Accès à 2 min à pieds du sentier côtier et à 5 min à pieds de la grève. 20 min en voiture de Brest et de Landerneau, 45 min de la Presqu'île de Crozon. Prévoir des petites chaussures pour se baigner. Non fumeur et animaux non accepté. L'heure d'arrivée et de départ sont modifiables et convenues ensemble.

T2 accommodation, with terrace and garden access, located 1 km from the beach of Morgat, adjoining our dwelling house but with private entrance. Access to an available storage space. The setting is peaceful, you can enjoy a larger garden at the back of the house with small pond, ducks, sheep.
