Our independent 40 m2 studio, on the ground floor at one end of our typical farmhouse, is located in the heart of the countryside, a few km from tourist sites (Rochefort-en-Terre, Massif des Grées, Parc de la Préhistoire, Tropical Parc, Moulin Neuf Leisure Center, La Gacilly, Île-aux-Pies, Branféré Zoo, Brocéliande, Vannes...), 35 minutes from the beaches, a few minutes from all amenities (food and craft shops, medical center, pharmacy, train station, supermarket, farmers' markets).

Tiny cottage in the countryside!

We have just completed the renovation of this farmhouse that belonged to our grandparents. It is located in a very quiet environment, surrounded by fields and meadows, just 4 km from the shore. We are close to Plouescat village (1,5km), that offers all food stores and other little shops. Your four-legged companions are welcome, as long as they are peacefull with our own pets The cottage is adjoining our house with access and private outdoor spaces.

This accommodation is on the edge of the Brest harbor, at the gates of the Crozon Peninsula and the Monts d'Arrée. Located on the edge of the harbor, it enjoys breathtaking sea views and serene calm, direct beach access, direct access to the surrounding pedestrian paths, a garden furniture area allocated to the studio on the ground floor. This studio located in my garden is independent of my main house. You can benefit from a covered space to store your "nautical" equipment if necessary.

You will have an extension of 25 m2 with terrace overlooking the heated pool and a summer kitchen of 10 m2. A closed room will allow you to store your bikes. The complex is located on a quiet street in a quiet and friendly hamlet of Binic, 2 km from the beaches, shops and restaurants. The accommodation is not suitable for infants and babies.
