Gite de Pennepont

The Pennepont cottage is located in the heart of the Arz Valley, in a wooded and green setting of 5 hectares. Our 18th century farmhouse has been renovated with eco-friendly materials; it consists of a living room with beautiful fireplace, fully equipped kitchen, large mezzanine (relaxation area) with sofa bed (2 pers.) and two bedrooms (5 pers.) You will enjoy the outdoor areas, which consist of two terraces. A barbecue is available, as well as games for children.

New entire accommodation, 10-minute walk to amenities (shops, restaurants, cinema). Same for access to the port (pier for the island of Batz) and beaches. The functional accommodation has an equipped kitchen (plus basic products). The sleeping area is furnished with a 160/200 bed with the en suite shower room.
