Small 70 m2 detached house, 5-minute walk to a very nice beach, house located in the countryside, close to other houses and a farm. Large beach with many puddles ideal for children to swim in. Enclosed garden. Possibility to store your bikes under lock and key if needed. Close to GR 34, paragliding spots. At the entrance to the Presqu'ile de Crozon, close to Douarnenez, Locronan, Quimper, Brest and the center of Finistère. The garden is fenced.

A spacious sleeping area features a large bed adorned with a dark patterned coverlet. Two bedside tables with lamps are placed on either side of the bed. The room showcases wooden beams on a sloped ceiling, and a soft area rug adds texture to the hardwood floor.
