Come and recharge your batteries in this sublime residence, completely renovated with meticulous decoration. Located in the heart of Loctudy, within a complex of buildings belonging to one of the oldest farms in the village, overlooking a private garden, close to all amenities (a 5-minute walk) and Langoz beach, this magnificent 130 m² house welcomes you year-round for an unforgettable vacation. Everything has been designed so you won't have to worry about anything!

Villa Les Mouettes sea view, SAUNA, beach access

You will appreciate the magnificent sea view from all the rooms of the house and the garden which changes with the tides, the sun, the waves and the wind. You will have direct access to the fine, white sand beach of Menfig, which is not very crowded, especially in the mornings and evenings. Nearby many tourist sites (Pont-Aven, Concarneau, Quimper, Clohars-Carnoët, Trégunc, Nevez) Beaches between 20 and 30 minutes Hiking trail, mountain biking. We offer breakfast and meal service, ask us for more information.

Moulin de Kermorin (private spa accommodation)

Building dating from the 17th century, recently restored to accommodate you in an exceptional bucolic setting. Couples will find a great place to recharge their batteries in a self-contained outbuilding with sauna and jacuzzi bathtub. Ideal for short stays. Less suitable for seniors or people with reduced mobility due to the staircase and bathtub. For longer stays, if you want to shower rather than take baths, don't hesitate to ask me.

Conviviality in a symphony of wood

This 34 m2 lodge is ideal for a family of 4 or 5 people. The Swedish owner has been able to provide a "cozy" decoration where well-being is evident. The fully private accommodation benefits from a very pleasant and bright living area, a fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom. Bedding is located on the mezzanine. You have free access to the sauna and a fire pit. The parking lot is equipped with electric terminals to recharge your vehicle.

Welcome to Villa Locmaria Just 15 minutes from Brest, Villa Locmaria is located in a true corner of paradise, combining nature and comfort, only 900 meters from the beach. This villa offers a peaceful and rejuvenating setting. Ideal for surfing and hiking enthusiasts thanks to its proximity to the famous GR34 trail. Many other activities are also available and detailed in the welcome booklet. Shops and amenities are quickly accessible.

Vous adorerez cette escapade unique et romantique dans un hébergement insolite situé à 150 mètres à pied de la plage du billou.. comprenant un jaccuzi et un sauna privatif, un patio couvert avec cuisine et espace détente, un jardin d extérieur clos sans vis à vis avec table extérieur et plancha électrique..un petit déjeuner de bienvenue est à disposition le jour de l arrivée (café, thé,lait,jus de pomme, confitures etc...)

Pond-side cottage in unspoiled nature

Isolated 4-season chalet for 2 people and 1 child by a pond, in a large forest garden. Dragonflies, kingfishers… and hopefully otters and deer. Wake up, take a dip... or grab the oars! The chalet has a kitchenette, sofa, table, 2 single beds + 1 child mattress. The dry toilets are outside. A Finnish sauna welcomes you in the cold season (€20). Far from any noise and light pollution, dare to return to nature!

La Grange Romantique has high-end amenities to offer you a moment of relaxation, complicity and well-being. You'll find a relaxing spa, a traditional sauna and a hammock to enjoy a moment of weightlessness. (private access) Having retained the original frame of the barn, the ceiling height for the night part does not exceed 1.82 m in the center of the room, so we retain the charm of this building.
