Condo vacation rentals in Financial District, Manhattan

Our five night stay in this apartment was amazing. We were mostly travelling around NYC, and the apartment was about 10-15min walk from Journal Square PATH station, from which you can get to Midtown/Downtown easily. The apartment is really pretty, has all the amenities you could want and more. We could have easily just enjoyed the stay in the apartment instead of going about the city all day. The kitchen as well as both bathrooms are clean, well equipped, well maintained, and have good modern fixtures. There were plates and bowls, pots and pans, and cutlery too, so we had breakfast and dinner at home most days of our trip. The air conditioning was working well, very important since our trip was in the hot June. Pratik had kept for us a bunch of extra things too such as umbrellas, first aid kit, some board games, coffee and snacks, etc.

Great place if you want the upper west side. So close to Central Park. Outside patio is huge and was messy because some trash and boxes were left out there but still an amazing place for hosting people or just relaxing outside. A true luxury in the city. Beautiful bathroom and great little kitchen. Best studio for the money anywhere in the city.

The apartment was super clean and the bedding smelled really fresh. The neighborhood felt nice and everything was easy to access. The host let me know in advance about construction across the street, but I barely noticed it. Overall, a great stay!

A great place to stay for a visit to New York City. On-street parking, 3 blocks from the PATH train to NYC. Clean, roomy, everything we needed!

It's a great apartment, beautiful, modern, in a beautiful and safe neighborhood. David is a very good host. Responds very quickly, helpful instructions, we were allowed to check-in earlier and check out later. I recommend :)

Really easy to navigate. Central to a lot of things. Really enjoyed going to Birdy’s across the street for a drink at night. Safe and walkable neighborhood. Beautiful space where I felt relaxed and right at home! Bonus points because the bed was so so comfortable:)

A luxury to stay here. The host was attentive at all times, with effective and very useful suggestions. He also made sure that everything was fine and that we didn't need anything. Regarding the place, it's very beautiful, new and well-kept. Also, there were many nice complimentary gifts that are perfect and very welcome when you arrive tired from so much travel. In the future, we'll choose it again. Also, very close, 1 block from where the buses pass by and a few minutes from the best part of Manhattan. I recommend it!!

Amazing spot in BedStuy! The apartment is on a lovely, quiet street that is very close to transportation. Host was extremely responsive and helpful. Would definitely stay here again!

Mike was an amazing host! My husband and I (and our dog) lived at the condo for three months while our home was being renovated. Very well appointed kitchen, bath and laundry. The bedroom was super comfortable and cozy and I slept just like I was at home. I could not recommend this apartment enough! Also very accessible to the Path or bus into NYC. Mike was also incredibly responsive. There’s a back patio that is really lovely and feels private.

Beautiful place, my family and I absolutely loved it! It was very stylish, homey, and just all around comfortable. Location was great as it only took 10-15 min to get to the city. Loved it and would definitely stay again!

A safe spot right in the heart of Hoboken. Very walkable to the path train that takes you right to New York. A very clean and spacious apartment. Hosts were responsive and great!

This is one of the most amazing Airbnb’s in a super convenient location to multiple Path stations. King is a resourceful host, helpful and available for any queries. Would highly recommend this airbnb and would love to return when in NYC!

Hirian (Olga son) is literally the best! So accommodating and flexible . Literally even helped me out with one of my aunts that elderly. Can’t say enough of how great of a spot and host this Airbnb is . There’s so much to do and walkable, great culture and food on the street the Airbnb is on , public transportation is accessible . If you aren’t sure the host is right there available to answer any questions. It was a girls trip of 7 and we felt comfortable in the area , everyone slept great , space was clean. Two bathroom helps a lot and there was space for everyone to sleep . It is a two flight stair to climb but nothing crazy . Would definitely book here again if we come back to visit and felt that the price is affordable. Communication and hospitality is key and hirian (Olga son) definitely out shine himself . 10/10 recommend staying here for a trip to NY or NJ.

It was a safe and peaceful village. There is a convenience store nearby, and there are Korean grocery stores, CVS, and restaurants within walking distance. The bus stop is close and you can go to PABT without transferring. Most of all, the host is very friendly.

She was an amazing host, very fast to reply to any question, also very friendly, the location is very peaceful and safe, you can enjoy the amazing views of Manhattan from the room.

The location of this stay is amazing! There is a beautiful view of the city line just outside the building door. Walkable to the ferry and a 20min car ride into the city. Great location for a group of 6! I would highly recommend walking to bagels on pine (10min walk from the Airbnb) for breakfast.

We were very pleased with the accommodations! We will definitely come back and stay here again.
