Monthly Rentals in Filsen

Beautiful accommodation in the old mill on the outskirts of Boppard. The apartment is part of a half-timbered house from the 18th century. The home is at the beginning of a "Klettersteig". Good location to explore the world heritage Oberes Mittelrheintal. There is also a busy railway line near the house, but the noise nuisance is low. For me, a great place to be able to see the Oberes Mittelrheintal from Koblenz to Bingen / Rüdesheim at my leisure for 2 weeks.

The place was very nice and clean. If you like half-timbered houses, like us, you won't be disappointed. The place was superbly equipped and you could immediately feel comfortable. The hostess was very friendly and open-minded. Very nice surroundings and a very cute little village. Always happy🥰

This is our second stay in Janet’s ground floor apartment. We were happy to see it relisted after it not being rented out last year. We loved our stay last time and we were again very pleased with the apartment this time. Janet was lovely and was around but not in your face. She responded quickly when we had questions about the town and gave some very good recommendations for days out and where to eat. She also advised us about the shops being closed for bank holidays which saved us! The space is very clean, spacious and uncluttered. The kitchen is well equipped to cook properly and has the basic ingredients to get you started. We cooked a roast dinner with ease. It’s lovely looking out over the Balz (the square) as you cook. The bed is comfortable & there’s lots of empty wardrobes to allow you to unpack properly. We were only here a few days but it’s the kind of place that you could stay a long time in. We’ll definitely be back - maybe in the bigger flat with friends next time!

Fantastic stay! The apartment was clean, spacious, and perfectly located with an incredible view of the Rhine. We loved relaxing on the balcony and exploring Boppard on foot. Raphael was a great host. Would absolutely stay here again!
