This apartment is located 20 minutes by car from Annecy's Lake (12km) and 40 minutes from La Clusaz ski station (23km). It will appropriate for lovers of tranquility and mountain activities, summer and winter, but also for lovers of water activities (paddle, kayak, swimming on the lake) and fishers (Fier, Bornes, Annecy lake).

Our accommodation is a small independent cottage located in the municipality of Thorens glieres at the foot of the plateau of glières , a historic and sporting place. It is conveniently located 20 minutes from Annecy, 40 minutes from Geneva and 1 hour from Chamonix. The proximity of the village (10 minutes walk) allows access to all amenities (food shops, pharmacy, restaurants, cinema...).

The property is made up of two water mills whose first historical traces date back to 1728. The first mill, located in a tower, was once used to grind grain (wheat and rye). The second mill was used as a sawmill. Its wheel is still visible. You can walk around the 5000 m2 property. The place is bordered by two rivers the Morges and the Usses. An ideal place for fishing and nature lovers.
