The Airbnb is in a beautiful building and the decor and furniture are amazing. Check in was easy and flexible and the location is perfect for walking to nearby restaurants and shops, and it is not noisy at night.

The accommodation was very nicely decorated. Everything you needed was there. The ski resorts were very quickly accessible.

We felt very comfortable from one second. Everything was explained to us directly at check-in and we were given tips for activities. The apartment was perfect, the location was very good and the amenities were more than adequate. The outdoor white pool and sauna were also very soothing and the view of the mountains from the pool was stunning. Communication also went smoothly. We will be happy to come back!

The room was really well furnished and clean, all kitchen utensils were there, so you had no restrictions when cooking. The location was also great and you were on foot in 5 minutes at the lake.

It was a dream. The place is very chic. We were there with our three teenagers, to go skiing. The apartment has everything you need. :) If necessary, the couch is too small for 5 people to lounge on. But hey, if you don't have anything else. The place has everything you need. Thank you, thank you for everything!

Spacious apartment just a 10 minute walk to the old town. We also paid for the available parking just down the road which was a great help. Lovely interior and well stocked kitchen. We were grp of 5 and plenty of space. An armchair seemed to be missing from the lounge as only one and for larger grp needs two. Also to be aware you need to use your own Netflix account which is problematic when overseas. Flo was always available online and very responsive. Overall would definitely recommend.

We were very happy with the choice. A great appartment close to a small shop with access to numerous walking/running trails. Zell am See only a short drive away, has numerous quality restaurants. Access to lake for swimming and boat hire within a short walk.

We had a great stay in Gallzein! The cottage is quietly located and perfect for a few days of relaxation in the mountains. The equipment is basically completely fine, only in the kitchen we would have liked a few more bowls/functional pans. But absolutely not worth a point deduction, you could just bring them yourself next time. A car is mandatory and to get from A to B or to go shopping, but that's normal. 😊

We had a great time staying here. The area is beautiful, and includes a private lake, trampoline, and sauna. It was a fairly easy quick drive into Munich. It was a great place to relax after a long day. We would thoroughly enjoy coming back someday.

It’s one of the most beautiful modern apartment I visited during my trips in Europe. The place will make you feel happy and the view will take your breath away, and it’s good place to start your journey to beautiful villages near by, unfortunately if I knew the place will be like that I will absolutely continue my stay there without any hesitation . We truly enjoyed staying at Hubert's Lisl apartment. The apartment is modern, spacious and extremely clean. The A/C on the bedroom made the stay very comfortable in July and the washer and dryer in the basement were convenient and easy to use. Holzkirchen is about a 35 minute drive from Munich and being outside of the city made it easy for us to visit various parts of Bavaria: Salzburg (1hr 15 mins), Hallstatt (2 hrs), Neuschwanstein Castle (1 hr 45 mins), Berchtesgaden (1 hr 15 mins), Garmisch-Partenkirchen (1 hr 15 mins), and Innsbruck (1 hr 45 mins). There are supermarkets, restaurants and a McDonalds in Holzkirchen. It is actually located in Foching, a 5 minute drive from downtown Holzkirchen. It is very peaceful and has a rural feel. Hubert's instructions were easy and communication was always quick. We made wonderful memories of our stay and were very happy with our choice.

Our stay at Lisa and Julian’s tiny house was fantastic - everything was clean, nicely furnished and fresh, and they made sure that our stay as pleasant as possible. They were very friendly, reactive (easy to reach) throughout the entire time we were there even though it was over Easter. The only thing to note is that it gets very bright in the bedroom when the sun comes up in the morning.

The apartment was spacious, comfortable and well provided. It was in a great location with just a short walk into the centre, and had local shops and restaurants nearby. Gregor provided some great recommendations for sightseeing and entertainment. It is one of the best apartments we have stayed in.

Simply amazing. You can see the snowy mountains right outside the house. Really close to beautifull locations such as Konigsee and Hintersee. Its a long way up, but its really worth!!
