"Unser Haus liegt am Sonnberg von Leogang. Die Skilifte liegen nur wenige 100 meter von der Wohnung entfernt. Vor dem Haus befindet sich Ihr Kfz-Stellplatz. Die Wohnung ist über eine außenliegende Treppe erreichbar (Hanglage!). Die FeWo besitzt 2 Schlafzimmer mit insgesamt 3 Betten (1 Kinderbett zusätzlich möglich). Ebenso befindet sich eine ausziehbare Couch in der Wohnung. Die sonnige Terrasse mit blick auf ist ein absolutes highlight die Leoganger Steinberge bzw. auf die Leoganger Grasberge.

For your own use, we offer our approximately 200-year-old, completely renovated hut. This is where Alpine coziness meets modernity. Whether summer or winter, this stylish cottage offers the perfect accommodation for four people on around 50 square meters. It is located on a sunny slope. This rustic retreat is located near the Mölltaler glacier cable car and many destinations for hiking, climbing, skiing/hiking, canoeing and much more. The cozy apartment with about 100 m² is well situated with a number of shops, bakery and cafes as well as a ski bus station in the immediate vicinity. The Fieberbrunn ski resort is one of the largest in Austria, family-friendly and known as a freeride mecca. Kitzbühel can be reached in 13 minutes by train. In addition to skiing, the surroundings invite you to numerous other winter sports activities for the whole family. The apartment has plenty of space and is modernly furnished.

Fieberbrunn chalet with charm 5 min. to the ski lift

The idyllic and cozy chalet is quietly located, within walking distance of the center of Fieberbrunn. Here, in addition to everyday shops, such as the bakery and the well-stocked supermarket, in about a 5-minute walk to the spa of the Alte Post or the Aubad. The lift of the “Saalbach Hinterglemm Leogang Fieberbrunn” ski circuit is only 5 minutes away by car. In winter you can ski, otherwise hike or bike. Later, warm up by the fireplace and dine on delicacies from the gas grill.

Aksu vacation home

Our house is located in the center of Hochfilzen. A great starting point for hiking, cycling or mountain biking tours in summer. In winter, the Fieberbrunn/Saalbach/Hinterglemm ski resort for alpine skiing is only 5 minutes away by car. Cross-country ski trails are 5 minutes walking distance. Bus stop, train station is in the immediate vicinity. Tourist tax €2.80 per person per night extra to be paid in cash upon arrival. From November 2025 it will be increased to €3.90.

The chalet has 2 separate bedrooms, each with a king size bed, two living rooms each with a sofa bed, a bathroom with toilet and a bathroom with a shower tub, toilet and bidet and 2 eat-in kitchens. Der Bahnhof liegt ca.10 Minuten zu Fuß vom Haus entfernt....Rodelbahn und Dorfloipe sind beleuchtet. Im Haus sind Ski- und Radabstellplätze sowie eine Terrasse vorhanden.
