Outside the village, mountain house, in the Haut Minervois on the D12. Grocery store and inn/café 3 km away. La Cesse is a 5-minute walk away. Peaceful place, views of the mountains. Close to Olonzac, Canal du Midi, Carcassonne, Lézignan-Corbières, Narbonne/Gruissan and Mazamet. Between Toulouse and Montpellier, passing through Beziers. Lots of hiking trails. Pleasant climate, summer and winter, 360m altitude. On the entrance side overlooking a quiet road, which was once the only path connecting villages.
