In the spring of 2020, we acquired the property, which has 5 vacation homes. We lovingly renovated this first one, No. 7/4, in 2020 and YOU can come. The pretty vacation home has a living room with kitchen and dining area, a bedroom with double bed and a bathroom with shower. In addition, there is a nice private terrace on the south side. It is partially covered and there is also an awning for the particularly sunny days. The property has its own access to the lake and a jetty with a swimming ladder.

The apartment is in a 120-year-old brick remise. It has an unobstructed south-facing view of the Havel region. On the first floor is a kitchen-living room with sofa bed, terrace and private garden. On the second floor, the bedroom, a balcony with panoramic views and the bathroom with an inviting shower. Area (without outdoor facilities): 40 square meters. Bed linen and towels are included. The adjoining loft (45 square meters) can be rented. 3 more people can stay there.

In Schweinrich on the motorboat-free Dranser See lies the romantic holiday home "Landlust" with an idyllic large garden, only 100 meters from the bathing area. There is a boat house with its own jetty. Canoe, kayaks and sailing dinghies (sailing skills required) can be rented. We offer our attic apartment in tranquil Tietzow in the Berlin countryside for rent. The apartment has an open living and dining area with kitchenette, a spacious bathroom with shower and bathtub, a bedroom with double bed and walk-in closet. The European long-distance hiking trail E10 can be reached in just a 5-minute walk. Linum (cranes) is only 9 km away. In 15 minutes by car you can reach the nearest train station and then reach Berlin within 20 minutes.

It isn't big, but has all the comforts to be without fancy. The cottage is charming and old, not a designer tiny house. The center of Berlin and Potsdam are quickly reached. Private access, balcony with water view, terrace and garden around. Living room with kitchen, bathtub, bedroom and extra sleeping space on the sofa bed for an extra charge. We live next door, so never an access or key problem. We are at the Wall Trail. Pets are also welcome.

Relax in the countryside

Take a break and relax in our spacious garden, not far from the Havel bike path and the regional train to Brandenburg and Berlin. Our simple, rustic cottage with gas-warm water shower, dry separation toilet and cooking facilities has a particularly good sleeping climate due to the insulation with hemp and clay. As a professional violin maker, we have a sense of detail. In our guest apartment, stylish baroque elements from the origin of the house combine with the most modern equipment possible. This combination guarantees authenticity and coziness. During the renovation, we tried to get as much of the original substance as possible. Whole warning: A low ceiling beams dating back to 1775 crosses the space.

Accommodation of the star park. Our 1-room apartment is located in a converted barn on our Mannaz project farm. The apartment has a fully equipped kitchen, a 140x200 bed, a dining area for two people and a private lovingly designed bathroom.
