I stayed here during a short trip to Philly and honestly, it was exactly what I needed. The studio is super stylish, clean, and cozy, you can tell they really care about the details. The bed? A dream. I slept like a baby. I also loved having access to the lounges, yoga studio, and gym. It felt like staying at a boutique hotel, but with that "home" feeling. The building is quiet and everything was smooth from check-in to check-out. Bonus points for the artisan coffee and the fact that I could do laundry without leaving the unit (huge win!). What can I say? Gia’s the best. Gia, the apartment, and the location are all fantastic. From the initial booking through the entire stay, Gia was open, warm, genuine, and hospitable. By the time I arrived at the apartment, it felt like we already knew each other well. She was so thoughtful and had a parking spot waiting for me which made moving my stuff and my dog inside easy. The space itself is roomy, but cozy. It felt like home. The high ceilings, necessities provided, and personal touches like the ceiling mural, took all the stress out of being in a new place. Gia’s communication and just who she is as a person made the entire trip even better. She’s a pure joy to know and I’m a better person for knowing her now. She was quick to respond whenever I had questions. She knew some great local spots in the area (you HAVE to check out Càphê Roasters down the block for Vietnamese coffee and banh mi sandwiches). And she was flexible when my arrival time shifted due to road traffic.

Had a great stay here. Location is convenient, only about 20 minutes from Center City. Instructions were clear and for a studio this unit offered a lot of space.

Incredible host very responsive and the space was amazing. It had everything we needed and more, super clean and neat. Parking was easy and in a very convenient location for everything we wanted to do. Would highly recommend this space for anyone visiting the Philadelphia area!
