Das Krähenholz und das Eidertal liegen nur wenige Minuten entfernt, Kiel (12 km) kann man mit dem Bus, dem Zug oder dem Auto bequem erreichen. Zur Ostsee fährt man 30 Min. mit dem Auto.

Hello and welcome to our apartment! :) Here you have a newly renovated apartment in 2024/25 in the immediate vicinity of Lake Westensee in front of you and are thus in the middle of the Westensee landscape nature recreation area. From here you can explore the various lakes, forests, mountains (what the North Germans call mountains :D) or manor farms. Throughout the area, there are very well-developed hiking trails, cycling and lake routes. Here you are in the green heart of Schleswig-Holstein.

We are child-friendly. In the village there is an Asian restaurant open daily for lunch.

Live in the old village school opposite the Feldsteinkirche [fieldstone church]. In recent years, we have lovingly handcrafted a vacation apartment (60 m2) from the former classroom wing of the "Grot School", where the "groten" (big) students had their classroom. A light-flooded large eat-in kitchen forms the center of the stylish apartment. Centrally but rurally located, 15 minutes by car to the Kiel center, 25 minutes to the beach. Paddle on Eider & Westensee, hike in the nature park!

A garden with barbecue area for exclusive use. Kiel can be reached in 15 minutes by car or after a 15-minute walk and 15-minute train ride. The swimming area of Westensee can be reached in 10 minutes on foot. The Baltic Sea beach in Kiel-Schilksee is 27 km away. Your electric car can be charged at the wallbox.

A cozy, bright apartment (about 60 sqm) in the attic of a new house in a quiet side street of Kronshagen. Kiel city center (about 4 km), the harbor (4.5 km) or the university (2.5 to 3.5 km) are very easy to reach. Kronshagen, Kiel and the surrounding area offer a variety of variety. Bedroom, bathroom, kitchen, balcony and parquet on over 60 m². Very good infrastructure, bus, train, Nextbike, shopping. Wi-Fi available. Bicycles / e-bikes can be stored.

In addition to a filter coffee machine, there is also a Senseo coffee pad machine in the kitchen. An 11KW wallbox for charging your electric car is available on the premises (the electricity is billed to us)

Enjoy the simple life at this quiet and centrally located home. We rent out our beautiful, newly renovated studio with its own south terrace and separate access. It is ideally suited to explore Kiel and the surrounding area. The many beautiful beaches are not far away and the Olympiazentrum in Schilksee can also be reached in less than 10 minutes by car.

We offer our 30 sqm apartment in downtown Kiel. The quiet apartment building is located on a small residential street. The attached pictures hopefully give a good impression of the atmosphere of the rooms. We constantly strive to keep the apartment nice and modern. Fully equipped kitchen, Internet and TV are available! A washing machine is in the basement.

We rent our beautifully renovated basement apartment in Holtenau directly on the canal. Through a private entrance you enter the 35 sqm apartment with new kitchen, new bathroom and modern designed living area. From here it is just a few minutes' walk to the fjord and by public transport (ferry or bus) you are within a very short time in the city center.

Living on the estate

In front of the gates of Kiel lies the Marutendorf estate in the middle of the Westensee Nature Park. We can accommodate 2-16 people in 4 (website hidden) on the first floor of the former horse stable with direct access to the courtyard lake.
