Condo vacation rentals in Fayetteville

I’m so glad we found this spot for our stay! We needed a place we could comfortably stay for a while with a toddler and this checked all our boxes. Host was extremely responsive and kind. The neighborhood was very quiet and the location was very convenient to nearby amenities. We’re very thankful for the opportunity to have stayed here!

Joyet was a wonderful host, pleasant, quick to respond.. The condo was great very clean and cozy and quiet . I love that the location was perfect easy to get to every place I needed. Look forward to staying again soon..

Great location, very peaceful. Condo had everything we needed. Sitting on the dock with coffee was great way to start the day. Will def return!

We loved staying at this Air B n B! We usually shy away from places without many reviews but we struck gold finding Love's place. We were originally planning to stay somewhere else but had a bad experience and Love came to our rescue making sure we were completely comfortable and satisfied with her wonderful home. It's in a quiet neighborhood near a school and a short half mile walk to the Cape Fear River Trail. Easy drive to base if that's what you're in town for and easy access to all main roads/highways. Love redesigned the place herself, it's tucked away and we even saw a few baby deer on the lawn. We stayed for almost a month and had everything we needed, thank you Love for giving us a place to rest and get settled after our move to North Carolina.

The apartment was extremely clean, which is a top priority for us. It was well-appointed and in a very nice neighborhood situated on beautiful golf course. It worked out very well for our 4-day visit with family in nearby Carolina Lakes.

To be fair, we only used the place to sleep. My daughter lives nearby. We did not take advantage of the amenities. We didn’t even use the kitchen. Price for cleaning could have been less, especially since we only used bed and bath

Such a beautiful community. Spent a few days here with my girlfriend as a weekend get away and we were not disappointed at all! Such a sleeper for the price!

This location is the ideal balance of remoteness from and proximity to Fayetteville and Fort Bragg. The room was immaculate, the view beautiful, the beds and couch very comfortable, and the surrounding Anderson Creek community tranquil. Romour and Roxanna were responsive, friendly and accomodating. If I return to visit this area, I would look to book with Evolve again.
