Air-conditioned Provencal bastide of 250M2 with 4000M2 of enclosed land, landscaped garden electric gate. 5 BEDROOMS including one on the ground floor with its bathroom. HEATED POOL from May 15 to September 30, with a great slide. Secure kids park with playhouse with toys, pingpong table. The bastide is very suitable for large families with children and pets. Je suis disponible pour toute demande spécifique, habitant juste à côté (même palier). Attenant à ma maison. Entrée indépendante avec boite à clés. A 20min de l'autoroute, et 25min de la mer.
