The house is close to nature and forest and only about 300 meters from Gudenåen. The house consists of kitchen/living room with wood-burning stove, 2 bedrooms and a newly renovated bathroom from 2023 with sauna. One bedroom has a double bed and the other has two bunk beds with 4 sleeping places. Outside there is a large sunny terrace, and a large lawn with 2 football goals.

Welcome to "The Home" - a house with a long cultural history Enjoy a weekend surrounded by beautiful nature in quiet surroundings close to Aarhus. The apartment is on the first floor overlooking the forest and river valley. There is a room with a double bed, kitchen, private bathroom and a cozy living room with a workspace and internet access. Access to the garden in the woods and the possibility of walking in the forest. Free parking and the house is a 10-minute walk from the bus service to the center of Aarhus. No access for pets.

You have 15 minutes by car to Silkeborg and the swimming lakes -Fx. Almindsø. 30 minutes to Himmelbjerget, where you can also sail with the hjejlen. 35 minutes to Aarhus. Relax in a cozy and calm environment. Fun A house with wood-burning stove, Sauna in the garden and cold water bath. There is also access to Sminge Sø, Gudenåen and the Bird Tower. Almost right next to Svostrup Kro. A nice walk along Gudenåen. Pets are allowed. We have a dog ourselves, so the grounds are fenced. In addition, we have a small boat by the lake where you can sail a little down by Gudenåen and fish. Smoking inside is not allowed. There is coffee and tea in the house as well as wood for the sauna.
