The house is located about 2 km from the small town of Gjern in the beautiful hilly Søhøjland close to Silkeborg and only 30 minutes from Aarhus. There are plenty of opportunities for active holidays in the beautiful nature with hiking trails, mountain bike trails, etc.

The house is new with all modern amenities and nicely furnished with a home office. There is a grocery store, fitness center and pizzeria in town. The house is not suitable for small children. A car is a necessity.
