Two fully-equipped kitchens (excellent for two families to rent) and 3 bathrooms. Sunny private courtyard with large pool (4x8 m) with dining area, barbecue and sun loungers. In the village there are bakers, butchers, a couple of restaurants and several wine producers with tasting and sales. 10 minutes to grocery stores. 35 minutes to the Mediterranean, 30 minutes to Béziers and the nearest airport and 1 hour to Montpellier.

It's 10 minute walk down to heart of the village where there are several restaurants, a café, a grocery store, tourism office and a weekly market. From the Kitchen-living space you have direct access to the paved patio under the vines and kiwi tree. The shared, unheated pool is open from April till October.
