Monthly Rentals in Fatick Region

I really loved Geraldine's place - it was the perfect spot for an Easter break! The rustic island style was very well suited and the views are gorgeous. It is a deeply peaceful place with wonderful people and places to visit including the local round Catholic Church. I miss the place already.

Valerie was not there during our stay but the Senegalese made us feel welcome. We had a problem with electricity but Valerie fixed it. If you go there take some jam and other food. In the evening they cook Wonderfull dishes but.for breakfast you can only get bread. If you want alcohol take it with you, there are 2 little townships but they do not have a lot, for sure no alcohol! Recommended space for relaxing, swimming in the river and walk through an authentic Senegalese village...

Living in Dakar, we had a lovely long weekend in Palmarin, cut off from urban life in calm and nature. The sea view is very peaceful. The manager is very available and attentive. The house has the essentials. We had a real relaxing time, we recommend it! Tips/Practical info: 1/ If you do not have enough to eat for your arrival, remember to notify the manager the day before to be able to book dishes in the local restaurant! (otherwise it is possible that the restaurant does not have enough to prepare you to eat, it is normal, it is village life a little far from the tourist areas:) ). 2/ Don't expect to capture the 4G network in the house, but rather a few streets further away (but a priori that's not what you pick up when you rent here;) )

We were very pleased with this place nice and quiet and off the road from traffic . If you want to rest with no distractions this is the place for you. Just be prepared to pay for electricity if your stays are longer than a few days. It was already prepaid when we got there so we didn’t really need to reup as we only stayed for one night. Other than that everything was great and the hosts was very nice and answered all our questions I definitely recommend and we surely will be back. 🤗
