Amazing terrace with the best view of the sea. Perfect for espresso in the morning and evening cocktails and meals. The flat had everything we needed, was extremely clean, and the bed is very comfortable. Anna gives perfect directions to the house and parking. She responds quickly to any questions and was so kind to provide coffee and water. This was the perfect flat to enjoy San Felice Circeo, Subadia, and Gaeta. The flat is just a short walk to the old city and the port. Many restaurants, bars, and grocery stores near by. We would definitely return!

We were in Andrea's great house in mid-October. The season was over, so it was very quiet and relaxed in the area. Restaurants and other hotels were already closed. The place and the beach completely deserted. The beach in the village is unfortunately very unkempt and totally full of garbage. The place matches the pictures and fully met our expectations. The ocean views are beautiful and even possible from the bed and bathroom. The outdoor shower is also fantastic. We spent a relaxing week in the house and are happy to recommend it.

House surrounded by greenery and with spectacular views of the Tyrrhenian sea. Tastefully decorated a little retro typical of Italian seaside houses' 60s: a dip into the past but with all the comforts of today. Very full bedroom furnishings, bathrooms, and kitchen. The host is very courteous, flexible and collaborative. A highly recommended experience and for us to repeat. Marco

Federico's apartment, equipped with a balcony overlooking the gulf, is delicious, cared for in every detail and clean. It is located in the historic center, in the pedestrian area: the atmosphere is made very lively by the presence of several very nice restaurants and shops. It is ideal for two people, but we stayed in three with our daughter and our kitten and we had a good time. The host was welcoming and met our requests.
