Our stay at this amazing piece of architecture and home was absolutely exceptional! From the moment we walked in, we were blown away by the thoughtful layout and impressive design. The space was vast and beautifully appointed, offering everything we could possibly need and more. The huge windows were a particular highlight, flooding the house with natural light and providing stunning views. Our daughter spent hours gazing out of them! The garden was another major plus, a true haven for our dog who had the time of his life. A special mention must go to Ester, the owners' friendly dog, who became a wonderful playmate. This house truly felt like a luxurious retreat, and we couldn't have asked for a better experience. We highly recommend it to anyone seeking a stylish, spacious, and pet-friendly getaway. Myself and a few friends were looking to escape and have a private beautiful place for a relaxing new year break and the barn was exactly this! We felt at home straight away. The barn is stunning - it’s somebody’s home with books, artwork, rugs, lots of life. Once you’re settled you won’t want to leave- we didn’t!

Jessica’s home was well equipped tidy and very comfortable. We had a. Amazing time as 2 family’s with 4 children from 7 months to 9 years old. The outdoor space was beautiful, the children enjoyed the trampoline and slide and the bunk bed in particular was a hit with the boys. I recommend this house for those looking for a peaceful base to explore the South Downs and surrounding areas.

Instantly felt at home in the Turkey house. Great for our dog with the fenced-in garden. Located in a great place for walks (we did the East Meon circular and Buriton circular walks) and a mere 40 minute walk from the marvellous “Harrow Inn” which I would recommend everyone to go to. Loved our time there. Thank you.

We stayed at The Clockhouse whilst visiting Windsor Castle. We would not hesitate to stop there again. Beautiful place, very peaceful. Very comfortable and nicely decorated. Fantastic stay! Thank you, Sam x

Loved our stay! We felt right at home straight away and Mel left it all lovely and cosy for us arriving, with the heating and lamps on. We arrived in a storm too and she kindly checked in to see how we were getting on with our journey. House had a key lock, which was great for flexibility, so suited us. And Mel let us know she was only round the corner if we needed anything. Really homely feeling, lovely living room to all relax together with blankets and a great tv, and table in the kitchen to eat at. Hardly saw Darth Vader the cat, although the kids did spot him under one of the beds at one point. We just stayed one night, before going to Harry Potter the following morning and it was perfect for that. 10 min walk from the train station and Harry Potter bus, cafe for breakfast at the end of the road, Tesco, co-op, kfc all within 5 min walk. Would definitely recommend for staying with kids - ours are 12 and 9. Comfy beds, lovely bathroom, all great! Thanks Mel ! x

We stayed for four nights with our two teenage city kids to give them a taste of countryside life!! They loved the spacious apartment, all of the nature, birds, badger, deer and of course the kites, the warm pool, and freedom to explore the extensive grounds! A fabulous Airbnb with very generous and kind hosts.

We were a family party with ages from 5 to 75 . Lots for everyone to do ( swimming , tennis, billiards/snooker & beautiful walks all there) There was enough space both inside the wonderfully converted barn and outside in the extensive grounds to enjoy each others company without being overcrowded. Thanks Sarah for enabling a lovely weekend .

We had an amazing stay Such a beautiful property with everything you could ever need Anna was a fantastic host, had a lovely little chat with her when we arrived (and a little fuss of the wonderfully friendly Max) We couldn't have wished for a better stay Amazing swimming pool and hot tub and loved the BBQ area The property itself was spotlessly clean and smelt like everything was brand new My sister and family came over from London for a little swim in the pool. Perfect! Lovely place to stay in a beautiful part of the world

Emma was very welcoming as we arrived. She showed us around and gave us perfect advice on how to get into town. The cabin was perfect for a weekend away. We found a swing attached to the trees and had great fun. The bed was like a cloud and the kitchen had everything you need. Would recommend to family and would stay again.

Brilliant staycation! Couldn't ask for anything more (aside from reliable british weather:p ) Cant wait to visit again!

Both Deborah and Pete are the ultimate hosts. They helped us settle in immediately, both friendly and very approachable. The attention to detail in this accommodation is excellent, from welcome gifts on arrival (including fresh eggs laid daily) and treats and extra blankets etc for our dog. There are lovely gardens and a beautiful pond area in this small holding, stunning for walks any season! It was a peaceful haven for us during a house renovation period where it was wonderful to return to each day. The wonderful sound of owls at nighttime and the magical woodland walks make this a beautiful and serene place to both relax and have as a base for exploring the Surrey hills and surrounds.

We have enjoyed a really peaceful and relaxing stay at Sara’s cottage. The rural location was exactly what we wanted, although the nearby village was lovely as was the local Inn. The small private garden was perfect and we enjoyed spending time relaxing in the hot tub. Sara is a very un-intrusive host, but when we did catch up she was friendly, warm and welcoming. Thanks for a great stay Sara.

We have just enjoyed a wonderful stay at Tori's lovely cabin. Set in an idyllic context, with views of the private woodland (and the complimentary deer!), with beautiful rolling hills in the distance and plenty of friendly animals to interact with if that's your thing. It certainly was exactly what our 1 year old son enjoyed most! Inside the cabin is surprisingly spacious, with all the amenities needed and generous provision of prosecco, snacks, milk and coffee etc. which is always appreciated. We enjoyed exploring walks from the cabin as well as hopping into the car to check out other fantastic local options including the South Downs way. Thanks Tori for hosting so well we will be back!

Our home from home, with our adopted dog (shh, don’t tell Anna but we think of Cooper as our dog when we’re there). Anna went above and beyond (as always) and we had a wonderful 5 days. Already booked to come back.

We had a lovely stay in the garden room. Perfect location for walking/ running trails with 2 great pubs within walking distance. Diana was a great host and the lemon drizzle cake was a lovely surprise and delicious. A lovely peaceful village with everything you need- ideal for a weekend getaway.

As always, The Pony House was a perfect accommodation for my wife and I. Peaceful, private, and well kept. Would recommend to anyone staying in the area.
