Please be aware that we do have 2 dogs. They are very friendly and will sniff and whine when she meets you (see pictures). Very cozy and private space with a private entrance above the garage. Fully equipped gym in the garage. All appliances were purchased new as of 2021. Vinyl plank flooring installed 2021 as well. Recently repainted. Best part about this space is you get the country experience with 200 Mbps download speeds. If you need the air mattress let us know.

This was such a cozy little place and I enjoyed all the decor. Perfect for my quick weekend trip. On the second night, Lesley was outside with her husband and some friends making a fire and roasting marshmallows and invited me over to join them! She was warm and friendly and showed me the other things they were working on at the property. I had just spent the whole day outside, so I was too tired to join in the fun, but would’ve if I had more energy! Great place and would definitely recommend.

This was my second time staying at this air bnb and it confirmed my memory that this is a very clean and comfortable space for a reasonable price. Kevin is great at little touches to make you feel like he cares about his guests. It feels like a private space - we never hear him or see him. It is our go from now on when we visit our son at ECU

We stayed at this townhouse for ECU graduation weekend and it was fantastic! Host was very responsive during the process. Very nicely decorated home and well stocked with everything we needed. Location was great, we were able to get to any area of Greenville quickly. The beds are very comfortable! Access via keypad was nice and checkout was a breeze! Neighborhood is quiet, still brand new with units being sold while we were there. Adjacent neighborhood allowed for nice long walks on sidewalks. We will definitely look to stay here again when we come to Greenville!

For the price, this is a great spot! I needed a no frills, affordable place to sleep and this was exactly Jane’s place. She is kind and helpful and her place offers you privacy and the ability to do your own thing even while sharing the house with Jane. Would recommend!
