House vacation rentals in Farmington

Girl's Trip was a success! Beautiful home, comfortable, peaceful, just as described. The sunrise was breathtaking. Fog filled the sky above the lake making it look as if we were up in a plane - floating on clouds. I would suggest bringing a couple additional rolls of toilet paper and a roll of paper towels (depending on how long your stay is). Those items are supplied: one roll TP per bathroom and one roll of paper towels, once those run out, you run out. We were prepared for this as we read the reviews. The water tastes good if you are one that is concerned on that. There is an ice maker in the freezer. The dishwasher has a few pods to run a cycle or two. Washer and dryer worked well and they supplied a few pods for laundry too. The beds were comfortable and we slept well. The large windows are incredible. Smart tvs allow you to stream services that you are subscribed too. WiFi worked excellent. Mother Nature showed us her glory with thunderstorms, sunrises, birds, bats and bunnies!!

We loved our stay! My daughter was a huge fan of the pool. It is a quiet neighborhood close to many activities. We needed a battery for the remote for a ceiling fan and Aimee dropped one off that day, which we appreciated.

Amazing location for Mountain Biking, highly recommend if you are looking to bike from where you are staying. The pool is a huge plus for hot days, and great to lounge around. The beds and pillows were wonderfully comfy, we all slept great! Kitchen and household supplies could be better stocked, especially for those who like to cook (more bowls/cutting knives/pizza cutter) and we ran out of toilet paper and dishwasher pods after 3 days. The upstairs also stays pretty warm even with the AC, but we are from Wisconsin so maybe we aren't used to that lol. Kitchen chairs could also be updated as they are pretty worn down and uncomfortable if you plan on playing games. Would gladly stay here again in the future!

Beautiful home close to town yet felt secluded in the country. (other than times when events were going on next door, which were not a problem at all.) Great pool area with lots of pool toys, fire pit, seating, hot tub and shade. Comfortable beds and a nice big kitchen, as well as two living rooms too. Pool is down a hill and some stairs, so might be hard for mobility impaired. Lots of wildlife on property, we saw deer, beaver, lizards and a large variety of birds. Host was very responsive. Great home, nice pool, perfect location.

The home is beautiful, the wooded seclusion felt like we were in our own home, this was my first trip ever to Rogers Arkansas and i loved everything about it and i would highly recommend the stay to anyone!

Location was spectacular! We found it to be close enough to everywhere we needed to be but off the beaten path in a beautiful wooded area. The place itself was clean and brightly decorated and cozy. There were lots of nicely provided personal touches. The beds were comfortable. Would love to stay here again!

We loved our stay here. Had all the amenities, comfortable beds, and plenty of games. Loved the front porch sitting area and loved the location. We also enjoyed watching a couple of bunnies in the backyard:-).

The home is beautiful, clean and well stocked. We were in town for a baseball tournament and Jen's place was in a great location with restaurants and Wal-mart close by.

Fun place to stay! Kim was great and responsive. We checked in later than expected and she provided the best instructions and left some lights on for us.

Everything was exactly as described and in a great location. The amenities were better than expected. The thank you note was a nice touch when we first arrived. We were in town for a baseball tournament. The house was great for that. We were able to make late night meals and wash uniforms at night. Thank you Amanda for a great experience.

we had a great stay at Chris's place. It met all our expectations as was promised. We had 2 small issues with the refrigerator not getting super cold only mild, and he ordered the repairman. Our 2nd was the grill condition which was not operational. Chris is addressing these 2 issues. Everything else was excellent and we enjoyed our stay tremendously.

Great little house. Comfortable beds and easy to get to surrounding places

I liked the stay except it's location. Place was nice and well kept. Library down the street was a relief. People lined up outside the DMV staring at the place on the weekdays. Right across from the American Legion where if your a vet you can visit. Cute small town for the most part... only one grocery store in Lincon.

Booking, checking and check out was super easy. Lory is very responsive and has anything and everything needed to stay. Great location for Fayetteville and surrounding areas. The house is super cute and cozy and definitely worth the money.

Ashley is a superb host who is knowledgeable about this iconic Fay Jones home. Ashley adequately communicated all the essentials and more. After a tornado warning had passed, Ashley checked in to see if we were okay. Me being an architect, Ashley was gracious in responding to my questions regarding this historic home. All in all, staying in this Fay on Gray Ave. home is by far our best Airbnb experience.

This was the perfect home base for a long weekend of mountain biking. It was not too far (by car) to trails in all directions. My two teenagers loved the gaming room and ping pong / pool table. TV's in each bedroom let everyone relax as they like. Having access to a full garage was a huge bonus when you are traveling with four mountain bikes.

Great location for easy access to U of A campus! The location is beautiful and private, and the house was stocked with all of the necessities. The beds were very comfortable, we had plenty of towels, and the kitchen had everything we needed to easily prepare simple meals. Would definitely stay here again!

We booked the trip last minute to catch the Razorback baseball game and she was very fast to respond and give instructions and offer help! Definitely will be back for future games!
