Peaceful Surrey Hills garden room

Beautifully decorated guest room in the large garden of a home in Peaslake. Close to the Hurtwood and in the heart of the Surrey Hills. Very quiet and peaceful. Lovely walking and biking from the door. An in-room breakfast of cereals and tea/coffee and milk is provided, as are towels, soap and shampoo. There aren't cooking facilities, but there is a good choice of wonderful pubs nearby - one a 15 min walk, the others a short drive - offering food. Sorry but no pets. Easy access via code lock.

The Bakery is in the quaint English village of Ockley surrounded by beautiful countryside and many footpaths for walking and cycling. You are close to Leith Hill, Pitch Hill and Holmbury Hill as well as the Vann Lake Nature Reserve. 4 doors up from the Inn on the Green the space has been sympathetically restored to create a comfortable self-contained annex. Newly refurbished studio flat with driveway parking, close to Guildford town centre. King size bed, fitted kitchen with oven/microwave, fridge, Nespresso machine, and bathroom with power shower. We are located about in a very quiet area, yet just a few minutes drive away from Guildford town centre. Our garden borders the North Downs way so great for walkers. Private entrance (up a flight of stairs), and parking behind electric gates. Milk, tea coffee etc, and anything else you require.

Lovely, light spacious annex with en-suite shower room. It has a separate entrance and access to a deck. Off street parking is available. Situated in a quiet, tree-lined lane, it is a 5 minute drive to Horsley station which has a direct line into London Waterloo. Lots of lovely restaurants, pubs and cafes nearby for breakfast, lunch or dinner. There’s a mini fridge and microwave in the annex. Our restful cabin is situated in a peaceful spot within our 2 acre garden, with views onto open fields with horses and our miniature donkey in its paddock. It offers a perfect rest spot for walkers and cyclists exploring the beautiful Surrey Hills. Our village has a fabulous pub which is a 10 minute walk away. The closest station is Shalford which a few minutes drive away or a 10 minute drive to Guildford and Guildford is a 35 minute train journey from London Waterloo.

One Bed Country Hideaway in AONB

Because of the Coronavirus outbreak, in addition to our normal high standard of CLEANING, we DISINFECT the Annex after every stay. We also provide cleaning supplies for guests use. Lovely self contained 1 bedroomed annex with own entrance and small outside space with table and chair. Welcome pack. Semi-rural location in AONB within easy access to public transport restaurants and towns by car. Not suitable for on road cycling. A car is essential.
