The swimming lake and Tegelberg are easily accessible on foot. You can enjoy the sun in the garden and on the terrace. There are toys, a sandbox, a ping-pong table and soccer goals as well as a basketball hoop.

We were very warmly welcomed to the accommodation. The cottage has a distinctive charm. The huge trees immediately brought peace and relaxation. We would love to come back.

I just returned from an incredible stay at the stunning chalet Alp11 in heart of Garmisch, and I can't recommend it highly enough! From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the modern and stylish design. Everything felt fresh, clean, and meticulously maintained. The location was absolutely ideal. Being right in the downtown area meant we were just a short, pleasant walk away from everything! We easily explored the charming shops, enjoyed meals at local restaurants, and even hopped on the train at the nearby station for day trips. It truly couldn't have been more convenient. If you're looking for a modern, comfortable, and perfectly located base for exploring the beauty of Bavaria, look no further. This Airbnb is a true gem, and we can't wait to return! We stayed there with 7 adults for 4 days and felt very comfortable. The house has a special and inviting, enveloping atmosphere. It is not simply furnished for tourists, it has the spirit of the owner and the surroundings with many loving and meaningful details. We found everything we needed to cook. You can linger and have conversations at the kitchen table. It's just nice and highly recommended. The 2 toilets are also helpful if you live with a larger group. Thank you very much, dear Sasa!

Stefanie was a wonderful host! The area was beautiful. Our family of 5 did great here. Beautiful home and large main bathroom. Our daughter uses a wheel chair and everything worked out great. Would stay here again. Close to everything. We had a car and was able to go into Munich and also drive to various castles and Salzburg. She’s a perfect host!

It was a very pleasant stay with Katja. She gave us good tips for excursions. Unfortunately, we were not so lucky with the weather, but we were able to make ourselves comfortable with the stove in the house. The place is very quiet and you don't have long drive times to excursions.

The accommodation is very idyllically located and has an amazing view of the mountains. There was a good basic equipment in the cabin & we could turn on the wood stove in the evening, which was very cozy. Eric was super friendly and also gave us recommendations for hiking trails. Overall, we had a really nice weekend :)

We had a wonderful stay at the house flying roots. Perfect for a holiday with a child and dog. The garden is large and fenced. Great that we could just let our dog out. The location is perfect for things to do nearby. We felt very comfortable. Thank you very much.

We were immediately thrilled at the entrance to the village and at the first sight of the beautiful panorama & remained so until the end! The mountains and lake are simply magnificent and beautiful here. The apartment has a great kitchen and a great bathroom, everything as described! The balcony also offers plenty of space, but there is sometimes a lot of traffic on the street, which can make it a little louder. The associated terrace with garden offers plenty of space and we have always found a sunny or shady spot. It was a pity for us that a high chair was listed in the amenities, which unfortunately did not exist. But Antje immediately offered that we could get one at her expense. We didn't want to take the time for that, but it was still a nice gesture. Communication with Antje was always very straightforward, friendly and reliable :) A great vacation!!

Great Place , the spa area really is the highlight

Great apartment in a very good location with beautiful views of the mountains. Good is the connection to the aparthotel with swimming pool, indoor playground, ordering service for rolls and food. Very nice hostess.

We have as a complete family (8 adults, 4 children) vacationed together. The house is spacious, has a great location, is very well equipped and relaxing to live in even on rainy days.

The apartment is in a great location, corresponds exactly to the pictures and was very tidy. Check-in via the adjacent hotel was straightforward. Especially nice: We were able to share the pool and sauna. A big thank you to Helmut for the friendly support. When it came to work on the roof during our stay, he refunded us 20% on his own initiative. This is truly an exceptional service. Thank you for everything, we will be happy to come back!

We had a great week with Katharina and her family! The place was just as beautiful as the photos – quietly located, with a wonderful garden to relax. We particularly liked the pool and the sauna, which was a highlight for my daughter. The many animals on the property were also great. Overall, a very relaxing and restful time – thank you so much!

The accommodation was easy to reach. You could get in flexibly and easily. Very cozy and clean, we lacked nothing in the amenities. The swimming pond is surprisingly chosen and could be used throughout. The sauna offers plenty of seating and lounging areas with a beautiful viewing window and breathtaking views directly into the forest The surroundings were quiet and full of nature, made for hiking experiences. We had a great week in Stephanie's apartment. As a young family with a baby under one year old, we felt completely comfortable from the first moment. Stephanie was super friendly, always approachable and very communicative – you can tell that she cares about the well-being of her guests. The apartment corresponded 100% to the description – and the pictures absolutely deliver what they promise. It is one of the most beautiful vacation apartments we have ever stayed in: stylishly furnished, very clean and with a magnificent mountain panorama from every window. The location is also ideal – central enough to reach everything on foot: supermarkets for weekly shopping, cable cars and hiking trails start nearby, and in the evening there are many nice restaurants in the area that invite you to linger. We highly recommend the accommodation – even for families with small children – and are already thinking about coming back next year.

We had a great stay here. On the first night, we realized there is no air conditioning in summer but after corresponding with the hosts, they brought some fans over which were sufficient with the cool night air :) It is also a close drive to many of the famous sites

The place is a little smaller than it appears in the photos, but perfectly fine if you're coming alone or as a couple. It’s dog-friendly, though I’d only recommend it for smaller dogs - ours is 23kg and it felt a bit cramped with him. Everything was very clean and nicely presented. The location is excellent; on a quiet, peaceful street with beautiful views, yet less than a 10-minute walk to the centre, where there’s plenty to do and all the local amenities you might need. Tastefully decorated throughout. Really loved our stay here, thank you!

A great place to stay in the middle of Garmisch-Partenkirchen with great views of the mountains. The place was super clean, upscale and good communication with the hosts. Two spacious bedrooms with private bathroom on two floors. The apartment is in a quiet corner with its own parking space in the underground garage. Great stay - any time again!

We felt comfortable in the "Murmeltier" from the beginning. The small apartment with the mega balcony is very cozy and the space is optimally used. We lacked nothing and it was immediately a real home away from home. We were also very pleased with the fast and friendly support of the hostess and the loving details to welcome us or in the furnishings. We booked Peter's apartment for three nights for three people. The location in the middle of Garmisch was perfect, as was the division into two bedrooms, each with a bathroom. The apartment was very cozy, typical of the country, but also modern alpine chic. The terrace and garden were also beautiful. The communication was very straightforward and friendly. We were grateful for a good restaurant tip. We can fully recommend Peter's apartment and would be happy to come back to it if we go on vacation in Garmisch again.
