It has a locking metal exterior door for sound-proofing and security. The unit is a bright studio apartment with three large windows, a full kitchen, sitting area with tv and fireplace, dining table, queen-sized bed, walk-in closet and your own private bathroom with a five-foot shower. With extensive sound-proofing!

The kitchen is equipped with modern stainless steel appliances, including a microwave, oven, and refrigerator. Upper cabinets display kitchenware, while the countertop is clear, highlighting the sink and coffee maker. A clean and organized space encourages meal preparation.

Honestly, one of the best choices I ever mage for Airbnb bookings! Spectacular house, cozy vibe in decorations and interior, so much space, very bright, only three separate rooms (I had just one neighbour and he was same as me very quiet and respectful) , perfect kitchen, has everything needed. Huge fridge decided into tree rooms by stickers (!) very useful and visually transparent solutions! Parking always has some spots, easy to access the house, WiFi worked perfectly, bathroom is very clean and there are spaces and shelves for each room so you know where to store your things. Confirm room temperature. Very quiet neighbourhood (townhouse district), close to all needed shops/groceries/pharmacies and etc. I liked it a lot and hope to have a chance in future to book it again

Adela is a lovely host and her gardens are beautiful which are a special treat when having breakfast and looking out at her gardens. Much appreciated her hospitality and definitely recommend her accommodations.

I came to Canada for the first time and had a great 40-night stay. Sharon is a fantastic host with prompt and friendly communication. My room and the shared spaces were clean, comfortable, and perfect for my needs as an international student starting school and looking for a new apartment. Sharon was incredibly helpful, from receiving my packages and letters to offering advice on internet providers, which was a big help for setting up my new place. I felt so supported during my transition to life in Canada. I highly recommend staying with her, and I hope to visit again someday.
