The house is simply wonderful. You quickly feel at home and can simply relax quickly with the quiet location. Gabriella and her husband Mauro are incredibly friendly, warm and helpful. We are already looking forward to next time.

We stayed 3 weeks in this fantastically located house. Lying on the terrace and listening to the birds, hikes in the adjacent nature reserve are just incredibly beautiful. And those who like life and cities are really in good hands in Pesaro, Urbino, Rimini etc. The nearby house beach is quiet and ideal. The house is simply and functionally furnished just like a country house. So, we'd come back any time. Thank you very much for the very kind care.

Staying from Tommaso to Numana was a really nice experience. The house is spacious and bright, with two wonderful outdoor spaces, one of which is particularly spacious, where we could enjoy breakfast in the morning and relaxing dinners in the evening. The property is located in a quiet area surrounded by greenery, which made our stay even more restorative. Tommaso was an exceptional host: welcoming and always ready to offer valuable advice on beaches and local amenities, which have enriched our vacation. We recommend this place for those looking for a break of serenity in a beautiful setting.

We really enjoyed our stay here is Pesaro. The accommodation was really lovely and we felt very relaxed. Nice decor throughout and spacious enough for the whole family. Francesca was very responsive to any questions and had provided some lovely recommendations for local food. We would stay here again and highly recommend to anyone

We stayed in this beautiful, independent apartment for 10 days. All the information provided by Gloria turned out to be extremely accurate. The location is strategic to enjoy both the sea and the canal port and the center of Cesenatico. The spaces in the house are very spacious and well organized. The kitchen is super well-equipped and very clean, the bathrooms look new, and the rooms are also worth a good judgment. Also available to guests are very useful bicycles, many children's books and games, towels, and beach umbrella. Unfortunately, the bad weather did not allow us to take advantage of the garden but we will definitely come back so we can try the outdoor environment. Although we did not have the pleasure of meeting Gloria in person, she still made us feel at home. Thank you very much! Nicoletta & Family

We absolutely enjoyed our stay. Il Montale is a very peaceful and calm place to enjoy calm holidays. Our home and also the outside and pool area was amazing. Also Pesaro, Urbino, Rimini, San Marino are close by to reach by car.

Andrea is a great host. The stay was amaizing and the support received from Andrea during stay was priceless. The place is wonderfull with great view and outstanding privacy. I will recommend Andrea as a host and his place as great choice for holidays.

We did not see Claudia in person but we met Stefano (father-in-law) very kind always ready for any request, fantastic cottage ground floor with patio with grill and inside with fireplace with plenty of firewood, everything in order and cleanliness even utensils and linen !!! I highly recommend this place

Our stay at Gino's House in Gubbio was a real delight! Daniela and Gino's warm welcome made us feel like longtime friends. The accommodation, nestled in the greenery, was impeccably clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. The pool, a haven of peace, allowed us to relax after our days of sightseeing. The location is ideal, close to the historic center of Gubbio while being quiet. Gino and Daniela gave us great tips for discovering the region, enriching our stay with beautiful tours. During our two weeks, we particularly enjoyed the cooking class offered by our hosts, where we learned how to make fresh pasta while sharing a friendly moment. We will keep an unforgettable memory of this experience and highly recommend this place to all lovers of authentic Italy. Great place as pictured. We had trouble finding it at first, but it was our GPS issues. Giulio was responsive when I contacted him. Unfortunately it rained every day we were there. So we didn’t get to enjoy the beautiful outdoor areas.

Fabulous experience! We stayed at this fantastic villa, the rooms are as pictured, spacious and tastefully furnished. Beautiful bathrooms, each with their own hot tub. Kitchen stocked with everything, pleasant common space... and a great value for money. Giancarlo was always punctual and accurate in the directions. Highly recommended!

Gwenda and her parents were very kind and hospitable, it was like being in the family. They gave us the full availability of their garden, Mrs. Manuela prepared several very good dishes for us and even offered us a great homemade cake. Great location, it is an hour from Assisi and Gubbio, it is surrounded by greenery and is suitable for families with children, my son loved the animals of the owners. The apartment is inherent in both the photos and the description of the listing,clean,equipped with all the comforts located a few meters from the beach and all the shops useful pizzerias,restaurants,convenience stores and everything that can offer a vacationing place. A beautiful veranda closed with windows that can be opened makes the apartment even more livable our cats have made their room relax right away. It touches the host , probably it would not be enough for the whole space x to describe it in its kind way and available in the face upon our arrival, made us find everything candy and games x our son,sparkling, juices, basic necessities such as pasta,sauce, the the. The refrigerator filled out better with a 5-star hotel. A person who I think there are not many such rewarding ones in the world,always available even if he lives at a distance from the apartment but especially the animal lover who we rent something rare for whom we immediately felt at home❤.

We were very happy with our short stay in Luciano's apartment. We found a very clean and well-maintained house, completely renovated. Luciano and his wife were very helpful and kind, and flexible on schedules. Very positive also the parking in a private garage, with convenient and easy access by elevator even for families with small children like us. We recommend the property!

Nice, quiet location, but close enough to make it easy to visit Ravenna or any of the many beaches near Cervia. Friendly host, and lots of friendly neighborhood cats.

Elisa was very attentive at my arrival and very gentle. The house environment mirroed the warm welcome, and she was so kind to offer on homem ade cake that made my day. The surroundings with nature and birds let me relax as the beautiful garden Elise and Cesare have, as well as their cute cats. I loved the home as it has a sustainble looks and comfort. I was there for 11 days, the reception was very friendly, language barriers could be overcome with Google Translate, Daniela is very friendly and personable and also gave me tips on excursions in the area. The house is very quiet very close to the beach which fortunately was not yet crowded in April:). The house is equipped with everything you (I) needed, nothing was missing, especially I liked the bed, it has a very good mattress on which I could sleep very well:). I was also lucky with the weather and did a lot and it is true for me a very nice, great and relaxing holiday. Sights and shopping are easily accessible, I have been very satisfied with everything and I lacked nothing, my small Dog and I were very happy here.
