Waterfront vacation rentals in Fano

I spent 4 days in total relaxation, very comfortable and super clean house. Within walking distance of great restaurants, one of which is recommended by Jacopo who has always been great at problem solving advice. A few steps from the sea, which in my opinion is beautiful this season. We couldn't ask for more.

The place is exactly as described. Amazing location on the sea front and near the city centre. There is a really nice view to the Adriatic sea from the flat. Linda was very responsive during our stay. we definitely recommend the place

We’ve spent a great October week in Cervia with the family and there are three highlights of the apartment: (1) central location right at the Borgomarina close to the beaches and restaurants, (2) spacious place with 3 bedrooms and living room (3) Alessia as host is super friendly and helpful Watch outs: the parking is quite narrow - I would say it is recommended only for small/medium vehicles and it gets loud during the weekends however bedrooms are quiet. We certainly recommend this place if you’re looking for central location. Overall off-season stay in Cervia is absolutely worth it!

Valentina is a perfect host, very helpful, she responded to every request and question in times that defining as quick is an understatement, the accommodation is perfectly clean, better than in the photos, brand new furnishings, the structure is rich in design and in a very beautiful sea view location, the street under the balconies is a bit noisy but probably because we kept the windows open given the hot days, getting to the third floor by stairs with luggage was a bit tiring but you can't expect too much for a structure that wouldn't have space for an elevator. Overall, everything is more than great, I give 5 stars but it also deserves a sixth.

We spent very pleasant days and we had a great time in the apartment that is cozy, well equipped and spacious. Photos and description correspond to reality. Davide is very kind and responsive. The location is perfect to get to know this beautiful area of Italy, which is a perfect mix of art and nature. Absolutely recommended!

A wonderful experience in Fano! We had a wonderful stay at this apartment in Fano, which turned out to be perfect in every way! The location is really strategic: in a few minutes you can reach both the historic center and the beach, allowing us to make the most of everything the city has to offer. The apartment is exactly as described and shown in the photos: clean, with attention to the smallest details and equipped with every necessary comfort. A welcoming environment that made us feel right at home. A special thanks to the host Stefano, always available and very kind, ready to offer advice and assistance for any need. In addition, we really appreciated the welcome reserved for our four-legged friends: not only were they welcome, but there was a real enthusiasm in receiving them! The apartment was perfectly organized and clean, simple and tasteful furnishings that adapt well to the house. There was a barbecue that unfortunately we could not use but we appreciated that it was there, the garden is very nice and well cared for. Very comfortable bed and pillows, the residence is private and quiet. The house is close to the sea that can be reached on foot, as well as some beachfront restaurants. Elisa is always kind and her mom is available for any need. A crib was not available to add, so we had to bring one from home.

Apartment in front of the beach, both free and equipped, cycling and pedestrian promenade and a 5-minute drive to the center of Senigallia. Everything as in the description, we'll be back

Had a great holiday at Villa Mariella! The villas are located in a very nice, private environment, there is a beautiful well maintained garden and a nice, clean swimming pool. The villas are very close to the beach. The beach is for a fee but you get a fixed place with an umbrella and two sunbeds. The beach is also clean and tidy. It is also very nice that you can use the bikes for the holes. The city center is easily accessible by bike but also on foot. The hosts are very nice and polite. Had very nice contact.

One of the best places I’ve ever stayed!

Beautiful apartment within walking distance of the sea... we stayed with our cats. The house is convenient for reaching the promenade and the beach, tidy and clean; equipped with all comforts, from the dishwasher to the laundry, air conditioning and bicycles, outdoor space and reserved parking space. The welcome basket with snacks and pastries for breakfast was much appreciated. Kindness and availability from the host. We will definitely be coming back!

Very nice apartment, with a delightful view and excellent usability of the outdoor spaces. The apartment, expertly renovated, offers all the necessary amenities for a pleasant stay. Excellent location both for the distance from the sea, you cross the road and reach the beach, and from the city center, a walk along the promenade allows you to arrive in a few minutes. The apartment is ideally located for walking to both the beach and the center. The description matches reality. Kitchen equipped with everything you need. Spacious rooms. Excellent communication and availability from Eleonora and Stefano. Overall a really nice stay.

Angela and Massimilliano are very friendly and helpful. In between, ask if everything is okay or what is missing. Since they also live in the house themselves, they are quickly on site in case of problems. Communication is quite fast. To the apartment The view will just be phenomenal. But you should be aware beforehand that you are on the 15th floor and the railing is a little more than waist high. Otherwise, everything is positive. The apartment is equipped with everything that is sufficient for daily needs. Kitchen, washing machine, hair dryer, basic amenities and more. Towels and bedding were fresh. Our dog was also very welcome. The cafe on the first floor has a good selection in the morning for coffee and we enjoyed our sack there every evening. The parking is locked and free of charge. It's a few minutes walk to the beach. Across the street and there. We enjoyed our holiday and would be happy to come back.

Federico is an exceptional person always available to the needs of the customer, the house is very clean and nothing to say, it just corresponds to the photos and it is exciting to spend a day there given the vibes that the apartment transmits

We stayed a week in this apartment and had a very good time. The accommodation overlooks the seafront, the free beach is a stone's throw away but there are also several bathrooms with deck chairs and umbrellas. We stayed in September and there was always free parking along the street right in front of the entrance. The apartment was quite spacious and very clean. The kitchen is equipped with everything and we were also provided with detergent to use the washing machine. As a welcome we also found a bottle of local white wine, very welcome. The apartment is within walking distance of the center with lots of places to eat and a 5-minute drive to a large supermarket, very convenient! A big plus is the pastry bar right under the house, we always had breakfast there, even with a small discount thanks to Milo! Milo was present but not intrusive and super helpful! In short, perfect. If we return to the area, we will definitely contact him again!

Enjoyed our 3 days in Alberto’s place in Cattolica. The apartment was clean, quiet, comfortable and well equipped. It was perfect for our needs and Alberto was very friendly and a pleasure to deal with. We don’t know if our future travels will bring us back here, but we wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it as a place for anyone who might one day be in that area. Thanks, Alberto!!
