Gabri (and co-host Piero Paolo were first and foremost friendly and welcoming. They were both super responsive and helpful and made you feel right at home in this idyllic coastal apartment. What a joy to spend such a relaxing time safe in the knowledge you can trust your hosts to be helpful and respond to your queries promptly and with warmth.

The house was fantastic, clean, spacious with a garden and a table outside so you can have lunch even outdoors. Highly recommended!!!

Lovely apartment and lovely host!

Oreste is a very hospitable and kind host, the apartment is very comfortable and very clean. We had a good time and highly recommend it. We were guests of Oreste to spend New Year's Eve in Rimini and we comfortably toured the cities near Igea Marina. Thank you for everything.

We had a wonderful time at Mara’s place and we absolutely loved the location on the beach. The apartment was beautiful, airy and bright, spotless, and we had plenty of space. The best part was the beautiful bagno. It was not overcrowded and the umbrellas were not spaced “on top of each other”. The kids had a blast! Note that there is no convenience store in immediate walking distance and to get supplies on your way in (if you don’t plan on moving the car once you’ve arrived). We would definitely return! Free parking and always available under the house. Attached to the bakery-gastronomy apartment open even on a very well-stocked Sunday. Apartment clean and equipped with everything you need. Emanuele is really a SUPER HOST!We were in Cattolica for the national final of the Sport Project: the apartment is in a quiet residential area, very close to the sea and the pedestrian area and 8 minutes from the Riviera Horses Resort, very easy to reach. The apartment is really super and beautiful and totally matches the photos and description and also the large terrace was very used. We had a great time. We had to leave the apartment Saturday morning, by 10 a.m., but since there was no other reservation, Emanuele offered to keep it free for the whole morning: in this way, after completing the races we returned home calmly and prepared all the luggage... without haste... we left it around 2 p.m. If we were to return to Cattolica, I would definitely stay here again. Emanuele, thank you!!!! 😘

I'm having a great stay. Hosts have been helpful, including in emergencies. The apartment is very clean, with all the necessary things to live there for even a month. Bottles of water were waiting for us. It's a good idea to bring the basics like salt, pepper, tea, if you plan to cook something yourself in the kitchen. There was a lot of space on the balcony, and we could store bikes. Close to bakery, pharmacy, small grocery stores, Metromare station. Great pizzeria Da Vinci about 3 minutes on foot. The beach is about 5 minutes on foot with a long promenade connected to the bike path.

Chiara is a very nice, friendly and helpful hostess. The apartment was as described and even equipped with the basics such as pepper, salt, oil, soap, etc. and even coffee. I felt very comfortable

We had a great time. Accommodation as described in a great location x explore the surroundings. Andrea is a really kind host, he welcomed us in person by making us find Pizzette,juices and a bottle of wine in the kitchen. Recommended.

Enrice's apartment is located in a great location. Very convenient to both the beach and the city center. A great solution is free parking just below the block. We spent 2 very good days there. Enrico was very helpful and quick to respond to any questions.

The apartment is ideally located for walking to both the beach and the center. The description matches reality. Kitchen equipped with everything you need. Spacious rooms. Excellent communication and availability from Eleonora and Stefano. Overall a really nice stay.

Franca's apartment is nice and well-maintained. Franca makes bikes available that we have used practically for any trip. In 15-20 minutes we went to the Overseas Park (all bikeable from the apartment to the park); in a few minutes you can reach the center. You can easily get around the beach on foot. We were welcomed by Roberto, Franca's husband, who was helpful and kind in giving us all the directions on what to do and where to eat. Last important note: there is internal parking.

Giorgia was friendly & welcoming & offered local advice for getting the the Moto GP, booking restaurants & accessing bike tracks. Giorgia allowed us to rent some bikes from her which provided great fun throughout our stay. The beach was an easy 7-10 minute stroll & 5 minute bike ride from the house. The apartment was large & roomy & having two bathrooms was helpful when travelling with friends. We would definitely recommend Giorgia's apartment as a great place to stay!

The condo is just fantastic with so many things to do including lots of hikes, museums, cafes, castles, and easy going around a very walkable and friendly town! Using the pool and spacious sunny areas are an extra plus! The condo had everything we needed for our stay including cooking and clothes washing!

we had a wonderful and relaxing time surrounded by magnificent landscape in Davids home. the cities close by were worth a trip to see the cultural influences of the region. The apartment was perfect for our family of four and we alll enjoyed some calm hours there and at the pool area. We will definately come again!

Our stay at Gino's House in Gubbio was a real delight! Daniela and Gino's warm welcome made us feel like longtime friends. The accommodation, nestled in the greenery, was impeccably clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. The pool, a haven of peace, allowed us to relax after our days of sightseeing. The location is ideal, close to the historic center of Gubbio while being quiet. Gino and Daniela gave us great tips for discovering the region, enriching our stay with beautiful tours. During our two weeks, we particularly enjoyed the cooking class offered by our hosts, where we learned how to make fresh pasta while sharing a friendly moment. We will keep an unforgettable memory of this experience and highly recommend this place to all lovers of authentic Italy. If you are looking for comfort, authenticity, and discovery, look no further!

We found this late one night and luckily there were some open spots. Alessandro responded to us very quickly to inquiries. When we arrived yours we were impressed, it looked exactly like pictures and was very beautiful. It was very pleasant and peaceful there. Those who were there were very hospitable and helpful with all the requests. There is something off to things around but it is very recommended if you want to relax and relax. I would highly recommend.
