The house is surrounded by shops, bookstores, restaurants, and is a short walk from a supermarket.

Beautiful little house, close to Fano, beaches, hill

Just 5 minutes from the city center of Fano, charming little house in the middle of its greenery, with pine forest and various plants, close to Fano and the sea. Charming, sea view from the first floor and the view of the hill on the other side of the house, the nearby park of 12 hectares around the house has 900 olive trees. My place is good for families (with kids). (The house has no fence, except on the road side, so it's not ideal for animals if too explorers...)
