The house has an indoor swimming pool with current/waves that is kept at 28 degrees. The location is central between Flesland and Bergen city center, with a short distance to the tram/bus. The house is rented out with 4 bedrooms and two bathrooms, and has plenty of space in the living room/kitchen, TV room, and large terrace. In the garden there is a trampoline. We have a room in the house separated from the rest. Welcome

The pool is warm from winter holidays to November. In winter you can rent without a pool – lower price. Train at treadmill and elliptical machine. Infrared sauna in the boathouse is included in the rent. We lend kayaks and sup boards. Boat with fishing equipment is rented. The use of equipment is at your own risk.

My place is close to Trollhaugen, Gamlehaugen, Nesttun, Lagunen storsenter, Bybanestopp (Paradis), Bergen city center, swimming pool, fitness center, grocery store and hiking areas. You'll love my place because the apartment is practical and spacious. Fitness center with swimming pool, spa, solarium and tennis courts can be used for a fee. Short distance to the Bybanen stop. This is NOT the right apartment to arrange a party with the gang. No partying allowed! We prefer families with children.

Enten at det er på ski, på fjelltur, fiske i vannet, bade i elver, være ute i naturen eller bare være på hytten. Hytten har 3 soverom og 1 hems. På hemsen er det en 120 cm seng og en seng på 90 cm.
