Our five-day stay in this beautiful, large house on the island was wonderful. It was a great adventure to travel to the island by motorboat. The house is located on a hill with magnificent views in all directions and offers both plenty of space and comfort. The hot tub was surprisingly no longer available, but that didn't bother us much given the manageable length of stay and the very changeable weather anyway. Elisabeth was a wonderful hostess. The information was very precise and helpful. She always responded to questions super quickly and kindly. We highly recommend everyone to experience this island adventure and enjoy this luxurious property.

This was our second stay here as the cabin suites the needs of our group so well. Located right on the red run near the lift. Ronny was always helpful and responsive to any queries we had.

Again a lovely weekend stay at this beautiful property. We have been here before and have really enjoyed. Lovely surroundings. Cozy house with everything needed. Tidy and clean. Plenty of towels and bed linen. Very nice with a wood-fired hot tub. We enjoyed the sea and bathed both in the sea and in the stomp. Fishing off the dock, and kayaked. We will definitely come again and would highly recommend the place. Thank you for this time.

The House is extremely beautiful with an amazing view over the fjord and the Mountainside. There are amazing hikes within a short drive as well as in Odda. Loved it.

Incredibly nice cabin with convenient fencing for four-legged! Small practical cabin with everything you need for a pleasant weekend, recommended 👏🏼

Nice and clean cabin, responsive and friendly host.

We (2 adults, 3 children) had a couple of nice days in Asnake's house. We mainly went hiking, there are a couple of short trails (~5 km) within easy reach by car (15-20 minute ride); you find these trails on openstreetmap. Waterproof shoes (rubber boots) for younger children are recommended, as there is a lot of moor and the soil is drenched. Maybe this was due to a lot of rain during our stay, which unfortunately also kept us from swimming, although there is a nice bathing site in the vicinity (~3 km from the house, see pictures in the ad). Asnake is a very nice guy who showed us around and gave some tips for excursions. We really recommend the nearby Kilstraumen restaurant, which offers a splendid buffet on Sundays for a reasonable price and where you can rent small motorboats or kayaks to cruise through the fjords.

Beautiful place. Great location and scenic view! Mr. Sverre is very friendly and helpful. Even we had the very last minute booking and check in after sunset. He's still walk us around and give all the informations we need. Feel like home and local. Very warm and touching especially when we are in the foreign country. All the equipments are very easy to use. Very comfortable stay. Pleasant journey!

Really enjoyed at Monica's place! The kids had a great time with a trampoline and playhouse, the dog warmed in front of the fireplace after long walks in the forest around, and we adults enjoyed the tranquility and silence. It was nice to also get to know the bush trolls ☺️

A small piece of jewelry. We felt totally comfortable when we arrived, which was also due to the fact that a fire was already prepared in the fireplace. It is very cozy and everything you need is there that you need. The view of the fjord is wonderful...there is always something to see and you can take great pictures. For hiking and bathing, you have to drive about 10-15 minutes, but fishing on site by boat is good. We also used the boat to go to the small island of Sild. Otherwise, as always, the communication with Laila was great and we can highly recommend the accommodation and will definitely come back.

We enjoyed the accommodation very much, the landlord was very friendly and there was very well thought-out equipment down to the last detail. The landlord also gave us tips on fishing, swimming and hiking and was always very accessible.

The stay at "the cliff" was amazing! The view is wonderful, you could say this place is like heaven on earth :) the communication was very good and easy there is really nothing to complain about!

A very special place, we literally felt completely comfortable in the house from the first second! An incredibly good comprehensive equipment combined with wonderful comfort and top quality! Very rarely will you find such vacation rentals! Good to know: in winter you can only walk up the mountain to the house. Which can be very tedious with luggage, but somehow also "romantic" :-)

My teenage son and I had a great time at Émilie's place. A whole week in Kvamskogen, a beautiful area located between Bergen (1 hour drive) and the Hardangerfjord (the cities of Northeimsund and Øystese are 15~20 minutes away). The cottage is large, very well decorated and very comfortable. The kitchen has everything you need, the bathrooms are very pleasant, the bedrooms are welcoming and the living room is spacious and warm (great sofa and beautiful view from the windows or balcony!). Very clean and well kept chalet. And Emilie is very responsive and friendly in her communication. Remember to take an internet data subscription (like Ubigi for example) because there is no wifi.

It was a very nice house. On top of mountain so you will definitely feel peaceful and quiet and really good place if you want to escape the world 😍. The host was very welcoming he wanted to be there when we arrived, he showed us the house and explained everything you need so thank you very much sturla. Everything about this house is good, but the view from the terrace was exceptional and host provided blankets and outdoor heater so you can enjoy it in any weather

The cottage was beautifully located – surrounded by nature, with fantastic tranquility and a real wilderness feeling! Everything was super prepared, clean and cozy. We felt really comfortable and would come back any time. Thanks for a great stay!
