Cottage 25 square meters and with a loft with two beds. New build house and full equipped kitchen. Bathroom with closet and shower. The walls are tiled. On the loft two beds. TV with HDMI cable. Coffee, tea and spices always in house. Very calm area. In spite of this it is in the middle of all. Near to shops restaurants and golf courses. You live in a nature reserve. In winter you can see seals just near the coastline. We have 5 restaurants nearby. Grocery open 07.00--23.00. Bus stop 50 m from the cottage. To Malmö and Copenhagen. You are in Copenhagen in 1 hour. Our house is a pearl. All our guests are very found of it.

Villa Lyckebo overlooks the sea, completely surrounded by cornfields. We are located outside Kämpinge (Höllviken) and only 20 minutes from Malmö. We offer proximity to Skanör with Falsterbo and the entire Söderslätt. We offer 2 nicely renovated double rooms on the ground floor of the villa. In addition to the 2 very tastefully decorated rooms, there is a "lounge", a "sparoom" and toilet. Private entrance and completely separate from the rest of the house. The basement floor has been renovated and is heated. However, there is no daylight.

Here is one of Sweden's most beautiful beaches. Nature is very beautiful with a mixture of forest and sea. The cottage is 25 sqm + 9 sqm sleeping loft and was renovated in early 2023. New air pump, stove and fridge/freezer. Newly painted walls and oiled floors. Neighbor to Skanörs Stadspark. Skanör's harbor is 1.8 km away and there are several cozy restaurants. Ica store open 7 am - 11 pm, 700 meters. Flommens Golf Club approx. 3.7 km. In Falsterbo, there are also some restaurants, a café and a small Ica store.

In this national romantic house from 1905, you can enjoy in front of the fireplace, grill and have a drink on the large patio or take a short walk down to Falsterbo's fantastic sandy beach. 5-6 people live comfortably in this charming and carefully renovated house with carpentry joy and high coziness factor. It is close to a grocery store, golf courses and Falsterbo's idyllic center. On the large forest plot, there is also a brand new guest house that can be rented. Parking is available, as well as bicycles for rent.

Cozy guest house on the premises for rent. There is a private patio and if you come with children, they can of course both bounce in our trampoline and play in the garden's climbing frame. Biking distance to beach, golf and restaurants. The cottage is quite small and accommodates a double bed (140 cm) and a sofa bed (120 cm) when it is made up. It is possible to sleep 2 children in the sofa bed. The kitchen is a kitchenette, perfect for breakfast and simple cooking.
