Charming own guesthouse in the heart of Skanör.

In the heart of old Skanör is this unique farmhouse in 1922, which has been gently completely renovated in 2022. The farmhouse is about 20 sqm, plus sleeping loft. It is 500 meters to Ica and 1 km to a mile-long amazing white-corning sandy beach with blue flag, which includes several restaurants and cold bath houses with a sauna. Minimum length 3 nights. Towels and sheets are not normally included, but can be arranged in advance with some compensation. Cleaning if desired, SEK 500 applies. Check-in at 15.00. Check-out at 11.00.

We can host up to 8 people were you have two separated bedrooms with king size beds, a bunk bed and a bed sofa in the TV-room. The kitchen is fully equipped and has a dishwasher and oven. Bathroom with washer/dryer. You will have your own garden with BBQ and seating area and your own parking lot. It’s a 10 minute walk to the beautiful Beaches of Falsterbo/Skanör.

The house is surrounded by greenery and secluded from the main residence with its own porch, outdoor furniture and barbecue area. By bike, most are reached within 4 to 10 minutes, ranging from padel courses, Falsterbo pier/beach, Falsterbo Horseshow and golf clubs on one side of the nose and nice restaurants, cold bath houses, Skanörs harbor/beach, etc. on the other side of the nose.

En sommardröm nära både Skanörs och Falsterbos stränder och golfbanor. Huvudhuset har två sovrum. Ett rum med dubbelsäng med en spjälsäng och ett med en enkelsäng. Ett stort vardagsrum med AC och en fin inglasad veranda med plats för cirka 10 personer. Det finns två gäststugor med totalt 4 sängplatser. Två i vardera stuga. Huset ligger nära stränder, golfbanor och restauranger. Trädgården på 1300 kvm är hund och barnvänlig med staket runt hela tomten.

The location of the apartment is really fantastic: by a small walk in nature you can reach the beach and the port of Skanör in 10 minutes with many restaurants. The shopping facilities with a good assortment are also easily accessible on foot. Communication with Mats was very straightforward, accommodating and extremely fast (within seconds!). Mats is a very likeable host. You get a guest book with many practical tips and excursion opportunities. So you don't have to buy a guidebook:) The apartment is very nice and sleeps 4 people. Our son really appreciated the available board games. I can recommend this apartment and thank you Mats for letting us be his guests.

We love the location: a 10 minute walk along a forest path to the beach (which passes the Falsterbo Kyrcka), a short walk to town center, and also to Flommen. I particularly appreciate the lovely sunroom and well-equipped kitchen in this house. Very comfortable staying here and we plan to return!
