Our welcoming home is located in the heart of convinient Dunbar neighborhood, steps away from the beautiful Pacific Spirit park and minutes away from the UBC campus and its surrounding beaches. This suite is extremely quiet, and features a private entrance, a large wooden patio, a full kitchen with brand new appliances (including gas stove and dishwasher) as well as private washer/dryer. The bedroom includes a queen and double size beds and the bathroom is fully renovated with standing shower.

Space is the partial basement in a 3 yr old duplex. The space is light and airy with plenty of windows and french door for opening up the space when weather permits. 2 TVs (43" & 40") with multiple steaming apps. We are located in the trendy Fraser area with plenty close by. Bed and couch are new Endys. 1 guest max unless approved at booking.
