A nice, quiet and private place to stay during our weekend visit to Eugene. Very close to two grocery stores. We stayed during a very cold couple of days, but the wall units kept us cozy. We definitely would have gone out and enjoyed the rhododendron garden in the back but for the cold weather.

Jerell and Lauren’s place is super cute. It’s new and super clean with lots of charm and carefully picked vintage elements to make it feel unique. It had everything we needed for a 3 night stay. This cottage is so cozy and right on the river! We sat on the deck overlooking the river all day, even when it rained since it's covered. The hot tub was clean and ready to go. There were lots of extra blankets and towels inside. The living room couches were really comfy, as were the beds! The only problem was the BBQ was so low on propane, we couldn't cook our dinner, so we had to use the inside oven.

This little place was a slice of Heaven. The photos dont do it justice! the screened in porch was my favorite part! The sound of the river, the ambience of the surrounding rain or shine, im telling you the screened in porch is worth the stay period!

Clean, cozy space with two separate little "houses" for one price. Very comfortable beds and furniture. Didn't use the kitchen except to make coffee-- the coffee provided by the host was very good. Had everything we needed and the location is very convenient. Pretty grounds, nice yard, everything new and clean.

This was a lovely home that served our purpose well. Visiting my daughter at U of O, this home was in a great location. Only about 2 miles from campus. The home was well put together with updates throughout. The kitchen has been remodeled and is very user friendly with updated appliances. The bedrooms were spacious and the beds were very comfortable. In the backyard we had the use of the hot tub which was drained and cleaned before we arrived. Also the updated washer and dryer was a major bonus. Diego, my host, was very responsive and alerted us when the gardeners would be by so we were not surprised by them. He also responded in a very timely manner to any questions I had. I would definitely stay again and would highly recommend this great home.

This place was very unique and packed full of fun for all of us. However, the security of the building should be updated. The code to the front door was the easiest code you could ever use. Parts of the exterior walls were only covered with a plastic curtain, which you could lift up and see outside. We had a lot of fun otherwise. Thank you!
