This 61 m² garden apartment offers space to arrive and breathe. It sits quietly and close to nature in Wandlitz, about a 5-minute walk from Lake Wandlitz, with a separate entrance and its own terrace. Swimming spot just around the corner: only 300 m away is a free bathing spot on Lake Wandlitz — steps lead into the lake right in the woods, and dogs are allowed in the water too. The apartment is intentionally designed for a maximum of two adults – not a family setup, but a place for retreat, focused work, or relaxed days out in nature. We place particular value on sustainability: the apartment runs on climate-friendly heating, modern boiler/heat-pump technology, and a solar system – for a good feeling throughout your stay.

This romantic remise is located on Potsdam villa premises featuring old fruit and walnut trees, directly at the shore of Jungfernsee. In the summer, you can enjoy a swim in the lake before breakfast, if you wish. Only a stone’s throw away from the world-famous Glienicke Bridge. For decades during the Cold War, the bridge was the place where spies were exchanged.

Dear guests, My property is located in a detached house in the quiet Falkensee. The adjacent Falkenhagener See invites you to swim in summer and ice skate in winter. In the nearby forest you can relax or cycle into the beautiful surroundings. In front of the front door, bus 652 runs in a few minutes to Falkensee train station. With the regional train you are within 15 minutes drive to the city of Berlin. Or, as a driver, you can use the Park & Ride at the train station.

Our house was always very busy. We have taken in foster children for many years. Meanwhile, they have grown up :) We have rebuilt something and can now offer you three beautiful rooms (nice and cool in summer) on the lowest floor of our house. The Spandau City Forest and the Berlin Wall Trail / bike path are “right around the corner.” The surroundings are ideal for relaxing, hiking & cycling. You can reach the lively city of Berlin in 20 minutes by Regio from Albrechtshof or Seegefeld train station (3 km away).

Marcella's vacation home west of Berlin

The cozy vacation home is located on the western outskirts of Berlin, about 500 meters from Berlin, on a quiet side street on a large property. Free parking is available in front of the property on the street. The vacation home is designed for max. 3 people with separate beds. An extra bed in the bedroom, e.g. for a child, is possible. The tiled shower room has underfloor heating and a level shower area. Bedroom and hallway are covered with laminate.
