Milagro's apartment was just lovely and so clean. It was perfect for us to get some rest and close to the airport. Upon arriving I did have trouble getting in, because I was doing the combination wrong, lol. So I called Milagro and she helped me every step of the way and was so friendly. The apartment is private, upstairs and had a beautiful wooden door to entrance. Also McDonald's, Bebos's BBQ and a few other places were in walking distance. Thank you for hosting my family. We had an amazing two day stay at Sylvette’s place. It is a cozy place where we felt extremely safe and comfortable. It was very easy to find and Sylvette was available for an easy check-in. We felt right at home. The home was well cleaned before we arrived and looks exactly like the description and the pictures in the listing. Sylvette had many recommendations for local sites to visit as well as restaurants in the neighborhood. The neighborhood was walkable to the beach and walkable to grocery stores and great restaurants. There were even beach towels provided for us to use. I would definitely stay with Sylvette again when returning to San Juan and would recommend her place to friends or family members who are planning on visiting San Juan.

I was extremely happy with this place. The Host were so good to us and helped us literally get to their place by. being a human GPS for us since my phone was not working properly. They gave us many recommendations and we loved every minute here. I can not wait to come back again! They made me feel at home and like family!

His mom was friendly upon check in. She even left us more towels and soap and toilet paper after we extended our stay. Loved our stay and felt like home away from home.

We are fortunate to say that Romona and her home were worth every penny. Highly recommend to any first timer in Puerto Rico.

Jay was absolutely awesome! We dealt with flight delays, and Jay was extremely accommodating. He allowed us to check in well-past the original time, and even had umbrellas ready for us to use when we arrived. The AirBnB itself was really clean, had really good air conditioning, and was a very short walk/drive to beaches, restaurants, and gas stations/convenience stores. The place was well worth the money spent, and contributed significantly to how pleasant our vacation was.

The location was pretty central to everything of interest in the metro area. The country roads to access the place could be challenging to drivers not used to steep hills and narrow roads, but the amazing views are worth taking on the adventure. The set up is rustic, with plenty to do and enjoy as a retreat to just kick back, or as a home base after a day of exploring. José is quick to respond to any inquiries and has a very pleasant demeanor.

Thank you Larry for an awesome stay for our first time visiting Puerto Rico- it won’t be the last! Our stay was peaceful, magical, and we are really going to miss your chickens and the local kitties greeting us. The house was well stocked and walkable to many cute restaurants and the beach. My daughters didn’t want to leave! We would love to stay here again. Larry was an awesome host and just a super nice guy

We had a wonderful stay! The host was great—very welcoming and responsive. The property is in a quiet and peaceful area with a beautiful view that made every morning feel like a retreat. We especially loved the pool—it was clean, relaxing, and perfect for unwinding. There’s also a rivers nearby, which added a special touch to the whole experience. We had such a wonderful stay at Tommy’s place! The house was decorated so cute it felt cozy, welcoming, and full of charm. Tommy was an amazing host: super sweet and incredibly communicative, which made everything smooth and stress-free. We really appreciated how easy it was to reach him and how thoughtful he was throughout our stay. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and delightful place to stay!

We had an amazing vacation with a group of 13 at Rosa’s Air B&B. Highly recommend as it is ~30 min from Airport, ~2 to 3 min walk to a beautiful beach, ~10 min walk to kiosks, ~25 min drive to some amazing charters to Islands for snorkeling and pristine beaches, multiple outdoor areas for relaxing and cooking and safe. Great for groups with the 4 individual units providing great personal and group spaces. We loved the pool (note the waterfall is on from ~2 to 9p). Highly recommend and would easily book this property again for a large group. If booking an individual unit, there are still plenty of spaces for multiple groups.

Sebastian’s place was perfect for our family of 5 adults with more than enough space to spread out after a long day of sightseeing. The kitchen had everything you’d need to prepare meals and having 3 full bathrooms was a huge plus when trying to get everyone out the door for tours or dinner reservations. The location felt very safe, and was close enough to walk to restaurants, bars, the grocery store, or beach. I highly recommend this home for your San Juan stay!

Me and a friend stayed at Maria's place for 1 week. The place was exactly as it was described, very spacious, good kitchen, lounge, very Nice shower. There's 2 bed rooms, one big and another smaller one. Can fit a small family or 2-4 people easily. Maria is very responsive, she is a very good host. The apartment is only 5 minutes walk from the beach or restaurants

Fantastic spot in front of the beach. It's hard to beat some morning coffee with the ocean breeze while sharing it with friends and family. Fantastic find.

We had an absolutely wonderful experience staying at Diana’s! From the moment I booked, the host was incredibly accommodating—quick to respond, helpful with local tips, and genuinely kind. The location couldn’t have been better. Close to lots of restaurants and coffee shops. The space itself was clean, cozy, and well-maintained. Diana has beach chairs and towels readily available so no need to buy those. Highly recommend this place to anyone visiting the area. I’ll definitely be returning the next time I’m in town!

Our stay in this beach condo was so perfect! Being so close to the beach and having everything we needed, made our trip very special. We spent countless hours at the beach, on the patio, and we could not stopping boogie boarding in the waves! Thank you Eric and Sheila for having the space for such an amazing getaway!

I’ve never been to a place more equipped with anything you could possibly need absolutely one of the best experiences. I am clearly impressed.

The penthouse was beautifully decorated, clean, and very accessible. We did experience a bit of confusion finding the unit since the building doesn’t have visible apartment numbers. It was quite late when we arrived, and I wasn’t able to reach anyone by phone, but fortunately, the security guard on-site was extremely helpful and kind. The only downsides were the early morning noise from workers on the balcony and rooftop, which made it difficult to sleep past 6 AM. Aside from that, everything else was great—the bedrooms and bathrooms were fully stocked, and we appreciated the complimentary beverages in the fridge. Although we didn’t use it, the property also features a lovely pool area that looked very inviting. Overall, a great stay with just a few minor inconveniences.

The directions to the Airbnb were a bit confusing, but Joyce provided a detailed explanation with pictures that made the process smooth! The room is tiny but comfortable, and the parking and proximity to the beach made it worthwhile. Would recommend!
