Our stay at Josue’s Airbnb villa was absolutely amazing! The home was exactly as pictured clean, spacious, and well-stocked with everything we needed for a comfortable family vacation. The location was peaceful and private, with quick access to the beach, grocery stores, and local spots like Piñones. Josue was a fantastic host—super responsive, friendly, and helpful from start to finish. He made sure we felt welcome and had all the info we needed before we even arrived. Check-in was easy, and the entire stay felt seamless. The villa was perfect for our group of six (3 adults and 3 teenagers), with plenty of room to relax and unwind. The kitchen was great for cooking meals, and we loved the outdoor space, especially in the evenings. Thank you, Josue, for helping make this vacation so special. We would absolutely stay here again!

The place is exactly as it is in the photo. It has a great view. It's in the best area. Everything you need is around pharmacy , restaurant , bar, beach 3min away . I felt super safe and it’s super clean.

Beautiful views for morning coffee, easy access to beach and super secure property. If you're not wanting to spend a ton on a resort but want to be close to the beach and major cities this ones for you! Ubers are super cheap to go everywhere.

Lesley was amazing, any questions I had, she responded quickly. The pool area was fun and the beach is literally a one minute walk from the second pool. We were out and about and their was a power outage one evening and Lesley reached out to us via text and through the Airbnb to inform us of what was going on and gave us instructions on how to use the generator. Awesome service through and through. The 2 local beaches next to the Airbnb in addition were great!. We look forward to coming back!!! Flexible on allowing an early check-in. Everything was exactly like pictures. Great location allowing us to walk to several locations as well as easy access to Uber. Great view from the balcony. My stay at this Airbnb was a solid 10/10. From the moment I arrived everything exceeded my expectations. The check in process was smooth with no issues. The apartment was super clean comfortable and very well styled. The kitchen was fully equipped with all you need to chef it up. The living room was cozy with a nice balcony to sit and enjoy the weather. The bedroom was favorite by far the bed literally felt like you were sleeping on a cloud I need the name of the mattress topper it’s a must have. The bathroom was super clean great pressure with hot and cold water and came with many extra toiletries that one might forget when traveling. The location was great just a block away from the beach many local restaurants a food mart cvs even a Burger King lol. The building was very quiet safe and secure with security on the premises. I can’t recommend this place enough and will definitely be coming back on my next trip to Puerto Rico. Thank you for a great experience.

This is the second time we have stayed here. The price is a bit high ... but if you want to treat yourself to the best in Old San Juan, this is your place.

It's all about the view, when you enter you feel like your floating on the water you see nothing but the ocean out the windows. Everything about the unit is great, well stocked, comfy bed, beach chairs, boogie boards, cooler. Easy access to a beach without crowds and walkable to the hotspots in Condado. Would definitely stay here again!

Stayed for 3 nights with my husband. Place was very clean, great location with beach, restaurants & casino walking distance. The pool was definitely a plus. Communication was awesome, any question I had was answered within minutes. I would definitely recommend.

I was so happy to find a place right on the beach. Beach is quiet which is always a plus for me. Natalia was very helpful in sending me suggestions of places to go and the best restaurants. Her home is clean and beautiful! Exactly what we needed. We cant wait to return!

I always stay in this building whenever I visit PR. This was my first time staying in this apartment and it was wonderful. The view is amazing and I was so lucky to wake up to it everyday. Central location and appreciated the 24/7 security.

Place was located just the right distance from old San Juan and the nearby beach. Building is very secure and has a 24x7 staffed front desk and underground parking. Apartment has a great view of the ocean. Immaculately clean and comfortable!

This place looks exactly like the pictures and was very comfortable. I wish that we could have enjoyed the place more due to the family and I being around town quite a bit but when we came home it was so warm and welcoming. The host was very responsive to our needs as well. We would definitely be returning here just hope that it is available!

Just stayed at Cuylers place for my first time in Puerto Rico and I want to say this is an excellent place to stay at! It’s completely private, big and beautiful! The pictures describe the house and the house looks even more beautiful in person! Cuyler is great a communication he always responded quickly and made us feel at home with the great amenities the house has! The location is great the house is close to a 24-Hour Supermarket and 24-Hour Burger King that made the stay even more better! I highly recommend staying at Cuylers place! It’s a beautiful private property. House was very clean and we had a great time at the pool! Highly recommend it! Cuyler has great customer service and communicates very well any instructions to access the house!

My mother, son, and I had a great time here. The yard was beautiful and the house was even better than the posted photos. The community pool is huge and there was even an arcade machine. The furniture was cozy and the kitchen was well stocked for eating in when wanted. We felt safe in the gated community and the area is absolutely gorgeous. I highly recommend this place.

We loved our stay so much! This was a great fit for our family of seven. We had lots of beds and plenty of space for everyone. Everything was clean and the furniture was really nice and everything was well taken care of. We really appreciated how there were lots of things there for us to use, like a cooler for us to take our lunches in every day on our adventures, chairs , umbrella, Sand toys, balls — all the things that we could possibly need. Gretchen was really easy to communicate with and always responded very quickly. We would definitely recommend this for anybody! We had a great time. Thank you so much.

Our stay was peaceful, magical, and we are really going to miss your chickens and the local kitties greeting us. The house was well stocked and walkable to many cute restaurants and the beach.
