Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in Fajardo

Carmen’s place was in a neighborhood that was central to where we were going in Fajardo and Luquillo. One thing we didn’t know before coming was that you can definitely hear the coqui all night.

Great value little place in great location. There was a problem with the water heating which Jessica resolved straight away. Excellent communication throughout our stay. The neighbourhood was quite noisy when we stayed but it was a bank hol weekend so might have something to do with it. Wifi was good, beds comfy, air con worked well. No problems finding the place and getting in. Thank you Jessica for sharing your house with us!

For a one night impromptus stay it was pretty good.

I recommend anyone traveling to PR to stay at Villa Estrella. The home is beautiful and exactly as pictured felt like home . The place was very clean and provided amenities including the pool . It exceeded the expectations of my family and I. Home is convenient because it is at a close distance to everything and in a great location .From the beginning hosts were also very responsive . Thank you again Khalil for being attentive at all times with any questions we had.The best part is that in addition they offer a car rental option . We rented the car for our trip and pricing is extremely reasonable. I highly recommend to anyone booking Villa Estrella to go with the car rental option if looking for a car rental . Thank you again Carlos looking forward to come back and staying at Villa Estrella.

What an amazing stay! I brought my son for his birthday with a family members and we had a blast. The home is amazing and has everything you need! Pros: Remarkable home (pool and rooftop were amazing) The view is breathtaking So much space and has everything you need and then some Amazing responsiveness and hospitality! Quick drive to beach and bars, restaurants and shops! (Recommend renting a car if leaving the property) The home has a grill and fire pit. Cons: Master room gets really hot The rooftop lights didn’t work but wasn’t a big deal - had I asked her I’m sure she’d have got them on for me. So that’s on me. No delivery available (but a common problem outside of big cities since Covid) Power outages (but that’s been a problem in PR and the power in their house came back fast! Overall this is one of the best Airbnb’s I’ve stayed in across over 30 countries! I will 300% stay there again when I’m back! Tip: Rent a car San Juan is 30-50 min depending on traffic or where

Place in a beautiful location. It does not have air conditioning in the common areas, which made the stay a bit warm. But overall, everything was fine.

The house is small but cozy and modern. Has all the details to be comfortable. Great play room, has all kind of games. Also, having panel solar was a plus since the electricity went off a couple times. Good location. For us was above 5 stars compared to others houses we visit. I recommended.

This is a beautiful and safe place to stay. The place was a great size for our family of 5. The back patio is amazing. It is a short walk to Playa Azul beach which offered some fun waves, a 2 minute drive to Luquillo Beach that has everything you would want, a short 15 minute drive to Seven Seas beach, and about 20 minutes to El Yunque national forest. Around a 45 minute drive to Old San Juan. Downtown Luquillo is charming, offering many fun restaurants right on the water and a fun plaza where we caught some local live music. This place is a wonderful location offering easy access to the city and easy access to great beaches and the rainforest. We would absolutely love to stay here again.

This was by far the best Airbnb we have ever stayed in and we would highly recommend it to anyone looking to stay in San Juan. Mariano was incredibly helpful, welcoming, and quick to respond. The home was clean, very comfortable, and fully stocked with everything we could need. My husband and I traveled with our 22 month year old daughter and it was the perfect setup for us. Mariano provided a pack and play, high chair, stroller, baby/toddler pool floats, beach toys, wagon/umbrella/gear/cooler for the beach, etc. It was so nice to not have to travel with those items and we were very impressed with the quality of everything provided. The real highlight for us was the wonderful private patio & pool - it was a perfect size for us to relax and enjoy the sunshine. The location is ideal - 1 block to the beach, a few blocks to tons of restaurants, a 15 min drive to Old San Juan or the Airport, and a 45 min drive to El Yunque. This Airbnb far exceeded my expecations - book it ASAP.

This place was beautiful with breathtaking views. The host was really friendly, helpful, he was very polite and made our stay like home. Will definitely recommend this place and will definitely come back.

Jorge’s Airbnb was in a fantastic location—close to everything we needed and easy to get around. On top of that, Jorge was excellent at responding to messages, always quick and helpful whenever we had questions. Highly recommend staying here!

Lovely place. Very close to the beach, about a 15 minute easy walk. Parking available, which was great, and easy to find via Google Maps. Hector was super friendly and knowledgeable, with many great local recommendations. Very attentive and prepared for hosting guests. Super proactive with communicating, and was always checking in with us and made sure that we knew he was available if we needed anything or had any questions. He was in the process of installing solar panels while we were there, and had backup AC in the event of a power loss, so props to him for both of those! (Though we did not lose power, I appreciate the preparedness.) Would definitely recommend.

Natalia’s place was just as it looked in pictures, beautiful! Very clean, stylish, bathroom stocked well, private with wonderful pool and the location was amazing! The place was directly across the street from the beach, great restaurants within 5 minute walk (one right next door). Natalia was very accommodating, she let us have a later check out which we really appreciated. We got to meet Sean on our way out, very friendly and nice to chat with. We enjoyed our time at Natalia’s place very much! Easy, comfortable and accessible! Thank you for a wonderful stay! Looking forward to visiting again!

Berniece’s place is a great spot for a quick getaway. Good location and clear instructions for check in. Would recommend!

Studio condo was well air conditioned, comfortable and lots of natural light. Location is a long walk to 7 seas beach, especially carrying anything more than a towel to lay on. But, it is walkable to a great neighborhood breakfast cafe, walkable to kayak village for bioluminescent tours and walkable to 2 great restaurants. Plenty of rooster, chickens cats and dogs in the neighborhood make it a lively place. A covered outdoor basketball court is nice for some exercise. Dedicated parallel parking right in front of the condo. Rented a car for easy drives to local cafes, El Yunka rain forest for hikes, Luquillo beaches and a Marina Puerto Del Rey for Culebra snorkeling tour.

Place is exactly as pictured….including the squared toilet :) I am quite familiar with this area, as such I found it easy to locate. Check in with security and the condo was easy. Views from the balcony are picture perfect…and the sounds of the waves will put you to sleep in no time. It’s located walking distance to a handful of great restaurants and also a short drive to additional restaurants near the marina. I went on solo walks in the morning and felt safe doing so. It offers two beach chairs, cooler and beach towels which we brought to Luquillo beach, located ~25 mins from the Airbnb. I would recommend this place and will be happy to stay again in the future. I highly recommend you rent a car to enjoy the islands beauty which includes this condo.

As someone who works in the travel industry, I can confidently say, look no further than this place. Hotel nights will cost you double for half the experience. If you're looking to travel like a local but still enjoy the comforts and amenities of home, this is it. First off, the location and views are unbeatable. It was the perfect fit for our needs, and the scenery alone was worth every dollar. The property offers easy access to many must-see spots and activities around San Juan. Everything about the listing is clear and accurate: what you get and what you don’t is outlined transparently. The check-in instructions are tailored to answer every possible question: simple, helpful, and clear. Javier’s communication, both before and during our stay, was flawless. Another major plus: safe, secure parking, something you don’t always find. You can tell this place is well cared for. I’ll definitely be back and will recommend it to anyone visiting the island.

this is a beautiful oceanfront property. there are beaches where you can layout nearby but this place is oceanfront and walkable in the morning to find seaglass, shells and sand dollars.

Recently stayed at Ramon’s and enjoyed ourselves. The infinity pool and hot tub are beautiful with a breathtaking view! Would definitely return!

Encanto del mar is an excellent apartment to stay. Clean and beautiful place to stay. Joe & Jessica excellent hosts. Hope to come back in the future.
