Gregory’s place was beautifully appointed, had an amazing location, and everything we needed provided. Definitely a great choice when visiting NYC

Our stay was great. The property is clean and spacious, and well located. My only complaint is about the noisy neighbors, sometimes playing loud music late at night outside. But that's not something the host can control.

Kimberly welcomed me whan I arrived and helped me with parking. I was given a tour and was thrilled with this accommodation! It was bright, minimalistic yet had everything I needed and other things I might have forgotten. A variety of coffees and teas were available, not to mention some snacks. I was impressed! It was just how I wanted my stay to be: quiet, clean and comfortable! I slept very well there. My only regret is I didn't have enough time to sit on the porch with a cup of coffee or glass of wine. When I come to visit after my new great nephew arrives, this will be my first choice in the area!

I got perfect time in this apartment ! Nice and clean , fancy furniture, smell fresh and peaceful!!! Everything is there for leaving , nice area around, a lot of stores walking distance! More than happy !!! Highly recommend!!!

The apartment is in a nice neighborhood close to the parkway. The stay was very comfortable, everything was just as advertised, and there is a pizza joint called Eddie D's just down the street, with Eddie himself serving up the pies!

Staying at Camila’s place was an absolute delight! The home is spotless, well-equipped, and located in a safe, quiet neighborhood – everything we needed for a comfortable stay. we had a big group and this listing was able to accommodate us all. it was split into two separate sections so it gave a sense of privacy for our groups. there wasn't much of a common area/living room, but there was a small couch/seating section in one of the larger rooms. you could hear air planes over head, but overall it was in a quiet area. Sylvia was very nice and responsive in our communications!

Stayed here with my girlfriend and our dog while in the area for the McLean Ave parade - would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a place to stay. Matched the description and photos. Clean, spacious, welcoming. Friendly and responsive hosts.

Great location, beautiful place, great response re. coffee (French press), bath right next to kitchen/dining table and tiny, window was not possible to open. Some regulations and instructions, which should not be necessary because we are guests and should know how to treat other peoples property and treated as such. Trash out is mandatory, run dishwasher ytoo - all airbnb guests should know...

My wife and I stayed here over Christmas. The house was beautifully decorated. The kitchen had plenty of cookware if you wanted to cook a meal. The bathroom had plenty of towels.I recommend this property and would stay here again.

Great communication and easy checkin, spotless & stylish! We had a wonderful last minute spring getaway from the city. Compared to other airbnbs around, seemed comparatively good value for money. We cooked meals in the apartment and the kitchen is well appointed for doing so; there is also a keurig and French press.
