Vacation rentals with a hot tub in Fairview

The place was beautiful, clean, and comfortable! This was the perfect place for our bachelorette weekend trip.

We loved this place! Secluded and quiet. Tons of space both inside and out. We did a micro ceremony for our vow renewal using the barn. It had even stormed and all we had to do was sweep out some water and it was good to go. We would totally come back and recommend this to anyone looking for a spot.

We had such a wonderful stay — our host George truly went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. From the moment we arrived, George was incredibly attentive, responsive, and helpful with anything we needed. He even left the lights on because he knew we were arriving in the evening! The space was spotless, beautifully maintained, and had thoughtful touches that made us feel right at home. It’s clear they genuinely care about their guests’ experience, and it made all the difference. We’re so grateful for the hospitality and would absolutely stay here again. Highly recommend!

This is a beautiful property in an excellent location. The home was well appointed with many thoughtful touches. The beds were very comfortable and we really enjoyed the backyard and jacuzzi. It was very clean which we really appreciated, and would definitely stay here again and would recommend it to anyone wanting to visit Asheville.

Absolutely lovely stay! We always have high expectations and often are disappointed in the reality. Not the case here. The home is spotlessly clean everywhere (and when I'm doing yoga I often see underneath furniture and notice where cleaners miss) and as fussy as I am, nothing was amiss. Gorgeous outdoor deck, with a section screened in and un-screened, with plenty of trees to give privacy and a sense of serenity. Minor bummer was that we could not see the mountains in the distance due to the high trees that were fully leafed out. In the winter I imagine the view of the mountains is much better. Beds comfy in large, spacious, nicely decorated rooms. Wifi was fine and accommodated the four of us with lots of devices in use. Kitchen was great with all the possible cookware you might need, and as a tea drinker I was thrilled to see the electric kettle. Appreciated the little touches to make us feel welcome: beer in the fridge, bananas on the kitchen island, a welcome sign and notecard.

This home was absolutely beautiful! From the cozy decor to the comfortable beds, clean linens/towels, and home—plus the babbling creek right outside! I could not recommend this space more. The location is great if you're looking to be out and away but within a reasonable drive into town/cities (Black Mountain is about 15-20 minutes, Asheville is about 40-45 minutes). Jason and his family were proactive in communication, extremely helpful, and left very clear instructions for their home. As a dog owner, the provided dog towels, blanket cover, and bowls were such a helpful touch that made the stay that much better. Thank you again for a wonderful stay! Major highlights: Very clean, comfortable, cozy, and peaceful.

Always a joy to stay at this wonderful AVL retreat. Love the privacy yet close to downtown. My favorite when in town, highly recommend.

My husband and I stayed at Richard’s place to celebrate our first wedding anniversary. The place was exactly as pictured/described. It was so beautiful and clean inside and the location was perfect - so peaceful and private. We had everything we could need for a weekend getaway in the mountains. The hot tub was also such a nice little perk! We had a fantastic time and we would love to come back to stay again someday!

The home was gorgeous in a beautiful location with easy access to town. Unfortunately, Hurricane Helene hit while we were there, so we had to evacuate. Asheville was devastated by this storm, so we lost power, water, cell service, and had to contend with many downed trees and power lines to evacuate. Lucas was very responsive and concerned about our well-being. Once able to receive texts, he had been routinely trying to check in with us to make sure we were okay. Although the beautiful mountain road was severely impacted, most of this house was spared, except the garage roof and driveway entrance and exit. I pray for an eventual return to normalcy for Asheville its wonderful people, Western NC, Eastern TN, and upstate SC. As for Lucas’s place, this would have been the perfect home and location for a vacation rental had this once in a 1000 year storm been a factor. It was well stocked with everything we needed, including a propane generator.

Highly recommend this place! We rented it for a bridal/bachelorette party weekend for five women, and it was marvelous! Early instructions about check in were informative. We lived in the hot tub. When there was an issue on Friday evening, we contacted the host who responded within the hour. Kitchen worked great for our personal French cooking lesson. We had a blast playing pool downstairs. And oh how the beds were comfortable, with great sheets to boot! Great views out the living room and kitchen to enjoy your morning coffee. What a great place!

I had an amazing stay at Casey’s place! The home was spotless, well-equipped, and exactly as described. The location was perfect—peaceful and scenic, with beautiful views of Lake Lure. The bed was super comfortable, and I appreciated the thoughtful decor and extra amenities. Casey was a fantastic host—quick to respond, friendly, and made check-in a breeze. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great stay in Lake Lure!

It was good overall but it would be way better after construction would be done and I do not recommend grandparents to go because of walking on the hills, but other than that everything was amazing!! Place was clean and tidy, had hood communication with Hollie and the scenery and weather really helped us made the trip better..

Great space! Very CLEAN. Beautiful location. Adam was very responsive to questions. Home is private and picturesque yet a short drive to downtown Weaverville and Asheville. The home WiFi uses older encryption (TKIP) but I was able to use my cellphone as a hotspot for school/work. Personal devices connected to the WiFi fine. Both AT&T and Verizon cellular networks have strong signal here. This was minor and did not deter from our enjoyment of the residence or the trip itself. We had a wonderful time, and would return.

Eric was always quick to respond to my questions. Was willing to give genuine suggestions. Was very easy to talk to. Loved the location and wouldn’t hesitate to stay again.

One of my favorite stays at an Airbnb. May thought of everything, and it was such a comfortable and convenient stay! We will definitely be going back!!!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Mountain Mama. The location was peaceful and private, the house itself was beautifully furnished inside! Loved everything about it. Host was extremely informative and responsive. Highly recommend to any family looking for a well equiped place to vacay!

If I could give it 200 stars instead of five, I definitely would. It was a very nice and clean place with a spectacular view. My wife and I stayed there and loved it. The hosts are very friendly and always attentive. I will definitely return.

This was such a cute Airbnb, and exquisitely detailed. The porch was amazing, and I loved cooking in their kitchen, as I had everything that I needed with a beautiful gas range stove. The natural lighting, open concept, and modern rustic finishes make it worthy of booking. Additionally, Marshall is such a sweet little town. I will definitely return!

This place is perfect! It's very clean, cozy, has beautiful views, easy drive, safe area, wonderful decor, linens and a comfortable bed. This place was beautiful! Perfect setting for our girls weekend. Such a peaceful place with great amenities. We also took advantage of Asheville Wellness Tours and had them come to the property for massages and a sound bath. Hillary was also very responsive and so kind. Highly recommend!

We booked this home for a ladies' getaway, and it exceeded every expectation. The hosts' communication was excellent every step of the way, making everything seamless and stress-free. Amy and Shari made us feel truly welcome. The house itself is stunning, beautifully maintained and nestled in a peaceful, relaxing setting. It had everything we needed and more. Just some of the highlights included the fresh eggs from the on-site chicken coop, delicious scones, homemade teas, and mimosas served under a gorgeous pavilion. These thoughtful details made the experience feel extra special. We felt so comfortable that we didn’t want to leave! Highly recommend this gem for anyone seeking a serene and memorable escape.
