We have all utilities and luxuries restored after hurricane Helene and look forward to hosting you! This is a pet friendly space in a quiet beautiful neighborhood. We do live on a hill and parking is on street but it is low traffic and a short walk to several restaurants and cafes.

* We are so grateful we had no damage from Hurricane Helene. Hiking trails are starting to open up. PLEASE REACH OUT if you have any questions. Beautifully renovated for relaxing between adventures, this studio apartment with its own private entrance is just minutes away from downtown Asheville and from the up-and-coming downtown West Asheville.

This is such a great place to stay for a getaway! Walkable to multiple restaurants, bars/breweries, shopping, and nature. Quick drive up to the parkway for hiking! Roxanne is a great host and the place was spotless and perfect. Will definitely be coming back here and staying at Roxanne’s property! Waynesville has such a great charm to it, great food, and friendly locals. Could not recommend Waynesville or Roxanne’s place enough!

We truly enjoyed our time at Cecil’s. The view is amazing and we were surrounded by birds and nature. It was a great location to get to everywhere and he was as helpful in pointing out places to go. The extra touches be provided were sweet (chocolate yum) and thoughtful. We look forward to staying there again! Thank you Cecil!

Loved my short stay here and would have stayed for more nights if I needed to! Was in a super cute neighborhood close to downtown and easy to get there by walking. This was a perfect little spot for one person or a couple, more spacious than I anticipated and with charm! I did have trouble figuring out the AC/heat but I arrived late so I did not reach out to figure out how to use it and am sure Stephanie would have been responsive and helpful if I did. She was friendly and flexible for check in/out and prompt in communication otherwise! I’d stay here again

We had a wonderful time at Katie’s place. Such a cute home with fun and comfy decor. So many nice touches like welcome notes, snacks and coffee, fresh flowers and more. She also had lots of great local recommendations that went above and beyond with tips such as parking. The location was great-walkable to downtown and the arts district, breweries, restaurants and music venues. We also really enjoyed morning coffee and cocktails in the evening on the screened front porch. Highly recommend Katie’s place and would love to stay again if we’re back in town.

Kelsey's apartment was immaculate and nicely decorated. It was super convenient to get to downtown Asheville and the surrounding areas, while being tucked away in a quiet neighborhood. Kelsey was very friendly and included clear instructions on how to arrive at the property and checked in with us to make sure everything was going well with our stay. Definitely would use this spot again for our Asheville visits!

Cool and comfortable respite after a hot Asheville day! Bed was comfortable. Shower was great! Clean and clutter free. Lots of local information available and Corinne was friendly and quick to respond to our questions. Neighborhood was fun and funky, in the best possible way. Our weather was not conducive to walking, but it might be a bit challenging, unless you like a hill, but nothing was more than 10 minutes away by car! Good choice for the two of us and our RAD adventure!

Location was as described—no frills but all that one needs for a stay and mega convenient. The space is located near many places of interest and walkable. It was a game changer to have a parking space, making even further away places convenient by removing parking garages from the equation. The apartment does have a basement vibe and subsequent dankness about it, but for the price, it was worth its value
