We didn’t want to leave! The location by the river was restorative and I slept deeper than I have in a while. Our daughters enjoyed the outdoor swing bed. The house is very peaceful and clean. We brought things to do together as a family like cards, drawing, books, ect and ended up most enjoying talking with each other at the water side waiting for the beautiful sun set.

The place was wonderful. Jon and Misty were very thoughtful in the amenities provided from k-cups to toiletries. This is our first family vacation in over 8 years. Our daughter has special needs and we are retiring our service dog, so it was a very special trip for us. While it is on a busy road which the hosts are very transparent about, our daughter was able to sleep well with us using our sound machine in the room. I was expecting more difficulty going in and out of the property because of Rt. 24 but it was a breeze. It was very relaxing and beautiful. I spent each morning out on the deck with my coffee and enjoyed the spectacular views. It was perfect for our little family and the dogs loved being able to run around and play. We all loved it so much we didn’t want to leave. We will definitely be renting from Misty and Jon again, they are wonderful hosts!

We had a wonderful stay! The property was peaceful and private with a beautiful view right next to the canal. My kids especially had a blast fishing off the dock — it quickly became their favorite part of the trip. The setting was perfect for relaxing and spending quality time together. We would definitely love to come back!

We booked Jennifer’s airbnb to stay near Camp Lejeune to visit our marine on base, and it was perfect. Lots of space, great house if you’re thinking of bringing pets, and the area was peaceful. Definitely worth the price, and we’ll be looking to stay again!!😊

This house is perfect. We had such a relaxing time. The location is more private homes so walks are quiet and enjoyable. The house is open and clean. There was a ton of room for all of us. The host is very responsive and we had no issues at all. We will absolutely stay here or in her other properties again.

We just spent the weekend here. Place is perfect for a relaxing stay. The house is super nice, clean and perfectly furnished. The hot tub is lush, awesome to relax and watch the stars ! We loved staying here for New Year's! Beautiful outdoor space with the walking trail right in the backyard and walking distance to the beach. Quiet neighborhood and a fully stocked kitchen including materials for s'mores to enjoy in the fire out back. It was a wonderful stay and we hope to be back soon!

I decided to come down to get some work done and chose this place and it was an awesome decision. It was so peaceful, easy to find the room as well as cozy and comfy. There’s a restaurant right next to the room, which is perfect for any quick bites and amazing view outside. It was quite peaceful and I actually did a lot of my work sitting out on the patio. Definitely a nice place to spend your night at in Topsail!

We loved this place, it was perfect for the 5 of us. The kids loved the game room, hot tub and fishing off the dock. It’s a beautiful location and the owners were great. I would definitely recommend this place and I’m sure we will be staying here again in the future. Definitely one of the best Airbnbs I’ve stayed in. It was nice that they had shampoo, conditioner, toothpaste and toothbrush in all the bathroom. It never fails someone always forgets to bring theirs , so it was nice they had some there.

We had a fantastic stay at Erin and Jeremy's place over Easter weekend. Everything was as described and Erin and Jeremy were very responsive when we did have an issue (needed to restart the router for the internet). More over, either they themselves are very honorable or their cleaners are, because less than two hours after we'd left I received a text from Jeremy asking if we had left some valuable jewelry in one of the bathrooms. One of our guests had, and they were able to quickly make arrangements with Jeremy to have them shipped to their house. It shouldn't dissuade you from booking, but it is worth mentioning that the shared deck on the main floor is very much shared. The partition doesn't extend very far out so you'll likely get very familiar with the renters next to you. Not a big deal for us, but something to consider. Beach access is quick and easy. Well-stocked kitchen. Overall, we had an excellent visit and would definitely recommend this place for any Topsail renters!

What a beautiful condo!!! It’s so wonderful when you stay somewhere that is exactly as pictured and clean. To top it off, Keri, was intentional in welcoming us, with a handwritten note, and little snacks. She also checked in with us during our stay. Great host. Beautiful view.

Beautiful place on the beach with everything you need. Renee’s place was clean, spacious, comfortable and beautifully decorated. We stayed comfortably with a family of 6. The views of the ocean are great, and it’s an easy walk to the beach. A great location for a family trip if you want to hang out on the beach and cook meals from the house (kitchen is really well stocked). We would definitely stay here again!

Cute house with a very homey vibe. Short walk to the beach. Our family enjoyed the short weekend getaway for a birthday celebration. Kitchen was well stocked and the beds were very comfy - which is hard to find! We would definitely stay here again!

Despite a minor glitch upon check-in, we had a 5 star stay at Prashant’s place. The host and cleaning company went above and beyond to ensure we had a wonderful stay. The best thing was sipping coffee in bed while watching the most amazing sunrises I’ve ever seen. Talk about room with a view! All balconies were perfect for sunrises, sunsets, or watching dolphins swim up and down the shore line. The elevator was a HUGE plus for loading and unloading during our stay. We also took advantage of the hot tub and closet of beach supplies and chairs. Prashant’s place was the PERFECT place to recharge and get ready for a New Year! We look forward to returning in the near future.

Carolina Cabana was perfect for our family beach trip. The house is just as described and located in a quiet area that is close to everything.
