The 50 m² property consists of a living room, a fully-equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom and can accommodate 4 people. On-site amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi, a TV, a fan, a washing machine, a dryer and a coffee machine. Your private outdoor area includes a garden, 2 open terraces and a barbecue. Sit back and relax - in this quiet and stylish granny flat with a separate entrance. Nestled in the park-like garden, the flat invites you to relax and feel at home. The flat consists of a large living room with an integrated kitchen and direct access to the terrace. There is a beautiful bedroom with a large bed with an extra-large duvet. The bathroom is equipped with an open shower. Everything was completely renovated in 2023.
