Welcome to our little treasure on one of the most beautiful islands in the world. Ærø was and is a popular destination for sailors. Boats and water have belonged together for hundreds of years. Our house was once a fisherman's house. In 2019 everything was extensively refurbished. The house offers relaxing tranquility, and yet lies in the middle of the action. Perfect for two couples or one couple with two kids. (Please look at the room- & bedsituation. Not a perfect fit for four single adults.)

I designed and built my dream, a very special 12x4m residential ship made of steel, wood and glass - as a unique all-season boat made of ecological building materials for a healthy indoor climate, with a great view through large window fronts, a large sheltered terrace, furnished with loving details, more open Kitchen, shower, bathing ladder, paddle boat. The Habitide is located in the modern and lively Schleswig city harbor on the beautiful Schlei - pure, healthy, dream holiday! :)

Take a vacation right on the Baltic Sea. Your apartment is located in a 1B location just a few meters from the sandy beach. Take long walks, discover the coast on the more than 30-kilometer-long bike paths right on the water or relax while (sun)bathing on the white sandy beach. In a dream location - 150 meters from the most beautiful North Strander beach Fuhlehörn - is the enchanting North Beach Nixenhaus with two apartments. Ideally suited for two people, this small apartment is on the ground floor. On request, three people can stay here, the third person may sleep in the alcove under the stairs. The bedroom can be closed by a door. Above this seaside apartment, the Nordstrandnixe is located over land.
