This home is amazing, but the views are spectacular. Marzia was so helpful and friendly checking us in and giving us recommendations. Just to be aware, the 2nd floor bedroom has quite short ceilings and a tub with a hand held, but no overhead placement. Underground dedicated parking was very beneficial. The location gives you easy walkable access to Bellagio and San Giovanni. We enjoyed afternoon aperitif’s on the balcony daily. I highly recommend this house for a quieter and simpler Bellagio stay.

What a great spot! Close to the airport with transfer included. Host did an amazing job preparing the flat with everything you could possibly need at your fingertips. Plus a great restaurant directly behind the unit. It was a home away from home!

A very well located, clean modern apartment. Would highly recommend to families or groups. The ferry is right outside and the station is only minutes away. The hosts are also located close by - so you are in good hands.

La estancia fue perfecta y Carla tuvo atenciones constantes con nosotros. Todo fue como previsto y las instrucciones fueron muy claras. La calma y la magia de los paisajes están garantizados. Las habitaciones son muy espaciosas y único punto que necesita anticipación es hacer las compras en Cannobio y tener un coche para acceder al apartamento. Recomiendo vivamente The Tower para vivir plenamente la experiencia del Lago Maggiore.

We had a wonderful stay in Elisabetta’s apartment in Bellagio. The apartment is really lovely, as per the photos (if not nicer in real life), plus you have the use of an outdoor balcony/courtyard (which was ideal for giving our small dog some outdoor space) with patio table and chairs. The location was perfect - right in the heart of the town and a stone’s throw from the ferry service, restaurants, shops and bars. Accessing the apartment by car is a little tight through the narrow ZTL area if you have a SUV-type car, but we were provided with extremely helpful instructions to guide us through. We also really want to highlight just how accommodating, kind and friendly Elisabetta was throughout our stay. She was always available, checked in on how our stay was going and really helped us out by providing us a place to store our luggage after we’d checked out. A standout host! 🩷 We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour à Côme ! L’appartement est spacieux, agréable et idéalement situé — nous avons pu tout faire à pied. Le lit était grand et très confortable, à notre goût. Nous n’avons pas utilisé la cuisine, mais elle semblait bien équipée avec tout le nécessaire. Patricia a été une hôte formidable, très chaleureuse et disponible. Ses recommandations nous ont été très utiles et ont enrichi notre séjour. Le seul bémol concerne le bruit : l’appartement est situé a proximité d’une route avec circulation, et il peut y avoir un du bruit dû aux allées et venues des voisins. Cela dit, c’est indépendant de la volonté de Patricia. Merci encore à elle pour son accueil !

Incredibly central location, honestly couldn’t ask for better. Cute, small & quaint, we really enjoyed it. Super early check out time (10 AM) but Maria is fairly accommodating if you need it later. Would recommend!

L'appartamento di Ardi è in ottima posizione per raggiungere a piedi il lago ed il centro storico, con una grande disponibilità di bar, pasticcerie e ristoranti nei dintorni. La zona è molto silenziosa, l'appartamento molto spazioso e confortevole, assolutamente consigliato.

Beautiful apartment with breathtaking views as soon as you open the door! The location is an easy 15 minute walk to the main part of town and to the ferries. That location is everything! Clear instructions from a reasonably responsive host make you feel at ease. The bright apartment has the basic amenities (kitchen utensils, hairdryer) and a small parking spot (our small SUV, a BMW X2, was able to fit).

Wij hebben een heerlijke tijd gehad in Zenna. Hebben het gebruikt als uitvalsbasis om te kajakken. We mochten onze kajaks in de tuin laten liggen. Pad naar het meer was goed begaanbaar via het hek van buren waar we een eigen sleutel van hadden. Ook de sups nog een keer uitgeprobeerd. Fijn dat je tussendoor even een was kon draaien. Het balkon is prachtig gelegen!

Vi hadde et kjempefint opphold. Det var ryddig og hyggelig vertskap, og leiligheten var unik med nydelig utsikt. Tusen takk for oss, vi kommer gjerne tilbake en annen gang!

Betty and Dario were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our stay. They even gave us rides to and from the train station, which was a huge help given all our luggage. The walk to the station is a bit of a hike, so this was especially appreciated if you’re planning to explore the beautiful towns around Lake Como by train. While we didn’t find there was a lot to do within Maggiana or Mandello del Lario, the area itself is incredibly beautiful and peaceful. It was the perfect place to come back to and unwind after a full day of adventures. They also stocked the fridge with snacks and champagne, which was a thoughtful touch that made us feel right at home. And the hot tub was such an amazing amenity and was perfect for relaxing in the evenings.

Das Appartment ist ein wunderbares Schmuckstück. Die Ausstattung ist super und es ist alles Wesentliche mit viele Liebe zum Details vorhanden. Der Ausblick ein absoluter Traum und sehr idyllisch. Für die Wohnung sollte man, wie Elisabeth ja auch direkt kommuniziert, mobil sein. Der Weg zum Apartmenthaus geht nicht direkt mit dem Auto und Badezimmer ist nicht auf der selben Etage wie das Schlafzimmer. die Kommunikation mit Elisabeth war super, sie ist sehr hilfsbereit und stellt viele Informationen zur Verfügung.

Maria's place was easy to find in very beautiful area, very close to lake. just under house there is a cafe. Nice place to stay!

If you are looking for a retreat near Bellagio this is the place! We could not believe how absolutely beautiful the surroundings were and to have a private balcony and beach in the water was incredible. Could not give a higher recommendation if you are in the area, especially since it is so close to the bus stop and easy to navigate. Paola was also an incredibly accommodating host with an abundance of local recommendations and helpful information!

Una casa davvero piena di fascino, con spazi ampi e aree esterne attrezzate con una bella vista sul lago e sull’antica chiesa del paese. La cucina era attrezzata di tutto e abbiamo davvero tanto gradito le piccole sorprese che gli host hanno riservato a noi e alla nostra cagnolina. Non siamo stati molto fortunati con il tempo, quindi dovremo per forza ritornare..! Molto caratteristico anche il piccolo borgo per chi cerca tranquillità.

We enjoyed Lierna which is a more quiet place than others around Como. We especially enjoyed the Lovely terrace with lake front view and the central location. It was close to the boat pier, trainstation and central square. There was a lovely deli next door, super market across the road and bakery down the road. Several nice restaurants within walking distance.

We hebben een geweldige tijd gehad bij Kathy en Luigi in Peglio. Vanaf het moment dat we aankwamen, voelden we ons meteen welkom dankzij de warmte en vriendelijkheid van de eigenaren. Ze stonden altijd klaar om te helpen en gaven ons tips over de omgeving. Het huis zelf was prachtig: goed verzorgd, schoon en met alle faciliteiten die je maar kunt wensen. Maar wat het verblijf echt bijzonder maakte, was het adembenemende uitzicht over de bergen en het Comomeer. Elk moment van de dag bood een nieuw prachtig tafereel. Het zwembad was een absolute bonus! Heerlijk om na een dag verkennen te ontspannen met dat prachtige panorama voor ons. De ligging is perfect voor wie de rust zoekt, maar toch niet te ver van het Comomeer wil verblijven. Een geweldige ervaring die we niet snel zullen vergeten. We komen hier zeker terug!

Bellissimo appartamento We had such a wonderful stay. We stayed as a group of eight friends and loved for our short stay to imagine we lived in Milano - with wonderful food from amazing delis and with beautiful tarts and sweets from our host - shared around the dining table. Thank you Isabella

Wir hatten eine wunderschöne Woche in Sophies Haus! Die Unterkunft liegt ruhig in einer kleinen Gasse und ist perfekt für Ausflüge in die Umgebung. Sophie ist eine tolle Gastgeberin und wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt! Wir kommen gerne wieder! 😊

the place looked like the pictures, was clean and you clould reach all the sights pretty well with the metro. there are a lot of resaurants really close by. communication was fast and easy.
