The house is located at the heart of a dead end road, right in the center of Drøbak. Quiet and secluded, while only a 2-minute walk to "life and bustle". No residents. Bed is 120 cm wide.

The large two level terrace is well furnished with corner sofa, dining area and barbecue. At the highest level is a private seating area under a pavilion. The place Nærsnes is a cosy place 35 min from Oslo by car. Bus 250 is 1 hour. Small shop 600 m away. Rortunet at Slemmestad is a 10 minute drive away.
