Excellent attention from the hosts, excellent facilities, luxury pool, perfect space to spend a few days with the family , rest and enjoy. A place that exceeds expectations with courtesy , recommendations , and solutions to eat or take to consider , which you don't always see on Airbnbs. We were ready with things to take and eat may not have been necessary. Great location , quiet and safe. We were very happy to select this place to spend these days off . Thank you tot!!!

Everything is great and comfortable. This is the second time that we have stayed at the house and we like it very much.

The house is very nice and clean, the garden and the palapa super at home, for the pool we pay for it to be heated since we were with small children and it was very worth it because we did not leave there during the stay! The house is quite good, it matched the photos, close to Tequis and the vineyards to go for a walk, the garden is very nice for grilling meat and the area is very quiet.

The second time we visited them and everything was very nice to get away from the city for a moment.

Very good hosts, Cinthia was on the lookout for the phone all the time, she gave us instructions to eat to get to the residence. The loft was very cozy and nice. We were delighted!!

We would highly recommend this stay! The view from our 2 bedroom unit was stunning and even better than the photos. It was perfect for our family with a great kitchen. They had a French press for coffee and included some excellent coffee. Half way through our stay we were brought fresh towels. The caretakers were friendly and helpful. They connected us with a great driver who had fair prices to explore the surrounding area. Things to note- it’s a steep uphill walk from town but it’s easy to get a moto taxi to get back home after dinner. There were some neighbourhood dogs that barked sometimes but that typical to Mexico and didn’t bother us much. We were able to walk from the rental to the trailhead to hike the Peña in about 15 minutes. We absolutely loved hanging out on the private patio with the amazing view, beautiful cactus and flowers.

The apartment is super cute, matches the photos and is well equipped. Diana is very friendly and attentive to any situation. Very comfortable and clean. Excellent stay. Very good option.

Our stay was perfect, everything was just as described in the listing, excellent communication with Daniel, impeccable bathrooms and kitchen, ideal for small families. It is a 12 minute drive to downtown Tequis, it is a very nice place to buy handicrafts and eat.

I would definitely book here again, the place is very nice and warm, everything went very well and the place is true to the pictures, everything is quite clean and nice, I hope to be back soon.

Very nice place, the rooms have the right space to spend some time before sleeping or before leaving in the morning. Good location, close to the center of Tequisquiapan. We texted Liette about 9pm and she answered us immediately. Highly recommended :)

The place is super nice, very quiet and spacious. All the amenities for one not having to worry about anything, from the kitchen to the bathroom. The treatment with Mauricio was very good. No doubt now that we return to Tequis, we will stay at the place.
